Terrible aftersales warranty service

The price is appealing, but aftersales is terrible!

The tyres I ordered from them were leaking. I had to fill them up twice a week.
I created a warranty claim, for which they requested to send photos showing the leak, which I took the time to do.
Even though I had bought the additional warranty, which claims that they will replace a leaky tyre with a new one, they refused my warranty claim without even giving a valid explanation.

The option they have offered is that I send the tyres to the manufacturer for analysis, which will take a couple of weeks to a couple of months and cost 35€ per tyre. And to even begin the process I must bring them to a tyre shop to do a full inspection and write a report.
It is obvious that in most cases it does not make sense to do this, as the inspection, de-mounting, testing and shipping costs would be more than the cost of new tyres. Not even factoring in that during the time the tyres are being tested, I have to buy a new set if I want to keep driving my car.

So it seems like they give unrealistic proposals in the case of warranty claims and rely on people just letting it go.

I highly discourage anybody to buy tyres here. 90% of the time probably everything will go well, but if you encounter problems, do not count on the company to help even if you buy the additional warranty package.
Next time I will definitely buy my tyres at a reputable shop and not try to save a couple of euros to have to go through such a terrible experience again.

Now I have two brand-new but defective tyres in the basement which I can’t do anything with.

Tires not delivered!

Please check with your colleagues in Belgium and provide me information.
I ordered 4 tires, according to the track and trace they were delivered, however I never received them.

The delivery address was at the home of people that are always at home, because they work from home. They never saw a courier from GLS and GLS does not answer my mails neither my calls in any way.

I demand information! This is a shipment of +1200 euros and I'm not receiving any info!
Please tell me where the package was delivered as I cannot see this on the GLS website.

The package was signed by MA*****, but I do not know this person.

Immediate assistance required. Order BE-0126-08178 - 31417759

I ordered 2 weeks before ski holidays 4…

I ordered 2 weeks before ski holidays 4 tyres. They delivered 5 days!later 3 tyres. One got lost…probably rolled out of the van 🫢…it is impossible to call bandenleader so made a ticket and another one whatsapp many times same answer that is not an answer nothing happend. More than 2 weeks later still no tyre no replacement tyre I had to order somewhere else. Still not reimbursed no news… very poor customer service even not sure there are people working at bandenleader. Change platform into bandenloser shame on you for not helping clients on top you have to fully pay upfront. Avoid this one there are many better working tyre suppliers

Do we pay for the tire mounting or not...

There was no problem about the delivery, or the product nor the price. I would give 5 starts for the web site service, however i couldn't clearly understand if I was supposed to pay for the tire replacement at the garage or not.

The worst website to buy your tyres 😡
They have zero Expertise and are very arrogant and lie a lot.
They say on their website that they deliver I'm 3 to 5 days,I waited more than 20 days, and everytime I contact them to ask about my tyres they reply with a cold and disrespectful email saying that I should contact the GSL company ,the worst logistics company on earth.

NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM 😡😡😡
STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GO CRAZY

Poor communication and delays

The company repeatedly changed delivery deadlines and failed to honor agreed terms. The process appeared deliberately delayed, while communication remained poor, resulting in the order not being completed. The overall experience reflects an unprofessional approach and a lack of accountability toward customers.
Delivery deadline was unclear, I clearly warned multiple times that collection would not be possible after a certain date, but this was completely ignored. Instead of fixing the issue, the process was dragged out with poor communication. And so far, no tires no refund. . Overall, a very frustrating and unprofessional experience, with zero accountability toward the customer
