False Delivery promise
I ordered a part for a Tumbledryer on thurs and it had the countdown clock saying I had 28 mins to order for delivery next day. On the payment page I paid the premium delivery charge to ensure the item would arrive next day when needed....... forward to today Mon and the part finally arrives, I actually dont need it now as I had to source one sooner, what annoys me is the lack of tracking and the fact that the cheapest delivery charge would've got it here today too! Poor poor poor from this company

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced
I should have read the other reviews on trustpilot before dealing with this company. Below need to seriously consider terminating their contract with the third party( screwfix spares) handing their spares replacement as they are bringing Bekos name into disrepute.
Having searched on Web site for an integrated door kit for a Beko washing machine. Website took me to the part for integrated door kit. This is completely misleading as I have subsequently found out the part ordered was incorrect, as it is for a dishwasher.
My experience from here went downhill rapidly. No telephone number to speak to a human customer service representative. So forced to use live chat, which was unavailable after 18.00, albeit Web indicates service until 21.00.
Sent email to company on 16/9/25 as per website, asking them to confirm that part ordered would fit the washing machine.Still awaiting for reply a week later.
I have subsequently found out via other Web sites that the part delivered is the wrong part and is intended for Beko dish washers.
Company seemed proud to inform me that they dispatched the wrong part at 21.10 on 16/9/25. Forcing me to use their part returns process.
Given the fact that neither Beko or Screwfix Spares have replied to any previous communications, my expectation of resolving this any time soon is zero.
To receive such abysmal service from these companies is extremely disappointing and has tarnished the name of Beko who will be the last company for any future purchases.
They need to sort out their contractors Screwfix Spares.
Absolutely terrible incompetent…
Absolutely terrible incompetent company. My TFFC671 freezer itself is o.k. although the drawers are made from an inferior plastic which does not allow for the very cold temperature and continually break.
I have previously used espares which were a very good family concern with no problems at all but they are now part of the 'screwfix' group and their service is now diabolical with wrong parts sent and no refund.
I have tried to make sense of Beko parts suppliers on the internet but they all seem to use the same impossible to understand parts list so I can see me getting the wrong drawers and fronts. I happened to look at the very small print at the bottom of the page and it said 'part of the screwfix group', unbelievable ah.
I decided to try Beko direct but they seem to use the same sheet so I phoned them and was passed from one person to another who eventually hung up.
I will now just use the freezer until it wears out without some of the drawers and this is the last time I buy a Beko product, they do not deserve to stay in business.

Firstly AO are amazing! I needed spare parts for my beko fridge/freezer. After ordering with them 'being connected through ao'.
To date over 4 months have past since placing the order.
I have called ao many times who have had to act as an inbertween!
Beko todate even now i still havent been sent a recipt/emailor any info whatsoever.
To be told of many times ive called ao there out of stock , and mostly they litually forgot about my order completely.
I couldnt call them as after waisting my time following all options to be told offices are closed. I have only called between 8.30am and 4.
Even after send few items not everything!.
They are a joke a complete joke.
Please do not order a beko product ..

Every time I get reply asking for the serial number or product code, and no answer to my enquiry. These people are either lazy or stupid. Clearly they never read enquiries or the answer to their question would be staring them in the face. I suspect they just send a standard formatted reply, which saves them the bother of doing the work. Time some of them were given their cards for this pathetic customer service.
Ordered a replacement float made from…
Ordered a replacement float made from polystyrene for my tumble dryer on Sunday evening and paid for express delivery £6. Thinking I would get it by at least tuesday. Was supposedly dispatch via royal mail first thing Monday morning, it's now Wednesday and still no sign 😑. Won't be wasting my money with them again. Can get the same part for the same price on ebay and free postage and would arrive just as quick!!

I was skeptical after reading the reviews but my experience was excellent. Ordered the part I needed on a Thursday and it was delivered by Royal Mail on the Saturday. Fantastic service and very fast delivery! Part was exactly what I’d ordered. Cannot fault them.
Pleasantly surprised
Ordered the part and then my heart sank when I read the reviews afterwards. However the part for my dryer arrived the next day (I paid for next day). Process was smooth and it was easy for me to identify the correct part using my model number. The only negative is the 10% off your first purchase offer when you sign up to emails which doesn't actually work. The email arrives with a message "if you don't see your code here please contact our customer support". A naughty way to avoid giving customer the 10% off. If it wasn't for this, I would have given 5 stars.
TERRIBLE company. AVOID at all costs
If I could give this company zero stars I would. My oven door smashed on Christmas day. I ordered a new door immediately knowing i'd have to wait a bit with people working holiday hours. What I received was the completely wrong part. I emailed them straight away to say it was incorrect and I wanted a refund. They have no phone lines so getting things sorted is a problem in itself. I got straight back online to try and find an alternative site to purchase a door from. I finally found one called BuySpares and placed an order. I received an order confirmation and that's when I discovered they are in fact both the same company operating under different names. I spoke to them on chat explaining I was concerned I'd get the wrong part again. Turns out they don't have the door in stock and it has in fact been discontinued. If this is the case why is the door still available for purchase on both websites. Also I had to chase them to find out what was happening. When were they going to tell me my oven door wasn't coming? I am now waiting for 2 refunds. As an apology they offered me a discount code for free next day delivery which is laughable as they don't have the part I need and after the poor customer service I received I will never use these companies again.
Didn’t even bother to respond
When my dishwasher started leaking, I urgently needed replacement door seals in the hope that that was the problem. The website search couldn’t find any for my model, but asks you to submit model details to them and they’ll suggest a part that fits. Four days later they still haven’t responded, so I stopped wasting time and went elsewhere.

How can a company exist today acting as Bekospares do. They are the worst company I have had the displeasure to deal with. Any company that does not have a telephone number is going to be trouble. There seem to be a number of companies all with different names trading under the Screwfix banner, this is not obvious until you make a purchase. Once your money has been taken you are treated appallingly and as you will note from the many bad reviews on this site. My advice is to check the site carefully and the reviews and simply do not use this or any company involved with them.
Scam Site?
I am wondering if I have been scammed. I ordered a part and paid £8.99 for next day delivery. I received an email saying the part was despatched by Royal Mail. No tracking number supplied. I have tried the "tracking" link on the email but no information available. No telephone or chat contact available. I stupidly assumed this was an official Beko supplier.
LATER ...The part was delivered as promised and if only they had provided a tracking number and been contactable then 5* but sadly only 2*.
Six months to send the wrong part
I needed a "glass water tank" for my Beko fridge, I checked compatibility with model. They said it would take 2 months... this slipped to 6.
Eventually they send a plastic tank of completely the wrong shape. they refunded and told me to buy.. the same item again. In the end spares2repair had it. Go to them

Advertised as genuine Beko part. My replacement freezer seal was terribly packaged and poor quality. Clearly not genuine. The returns process requires me to have a printer and be in all day for collection because a signature is required. There are no phone lines. I would give zero if I could.
Beko Spares can be trusted
I ordered a Beko Fridge/Freezer Bottle Rack on Wednesday and got it delivered on Friday. It fits perfectly. I have to admit that I was feeling a bit cynical after reading the reviews on here, but now I can tell Beko Spares has definitely improved their delivery services and they can be trusted now.
Concerned following other reviews but had a great experience!
I ordered a part for my washing machine and after ordering decided to read some reviews for the company. I was then very concerned following the amount of negative reviews but my experience was very different. I ordered the part on Monday with standard shipping and the tracking on the website was regularly updated. I received an email on Wednesday stating that the part was with Royal Mail and it arrived this morning (Thursday). I fitted it and now have a wash on the go! Very pleased with the whole experience and have saved a lot of money getting someone out to fix it :)
