No customer service at all
Had an issue with a coffee grinder not working as it should. Could have been an easy problem to solve and I sent an email in reply to the original invoice that they had sent asking for a telephone conversation instead of email exchange. Reply by email demanding proof of purchase - to the email that they had originally send with the invoice! Really poor and will have to escalate with my credit card company I guess given the lack of interest in providing customer service when something goes wrong...
Caveat emptor as usual!
