No customer service at all

Had an issue with a coffee grinder not working as it should. Could have been an easy problem to solve and I sent an email in reply to the original invoice that they had sent asking for a telephone conversation instead of email exchange. Reply by email demanding proof of purchase - to the email that they had originally send with the invoice! Really poor and will have to escalate with my credit card company I guess given the lack of interest in providing customer service when something goes wrong...
Caveat emptor as usual!

First time ordering from hear and last

First time ordering from hear and it is the last time as well. I ordered a coffee grinder that cost £89 and not received it. So I emailed them got a few emails back non that resolved the lack of item. Basically avoid at all cost

I ordered a bf deal in late Nov

I ordered a bf deal in late Nov. with coffee pods as well as ordering a coffee hardware.
Both were delivered in time & the coffee hardware was fine.
3 separate suppliers of coffees looked fab but 2 x were out of date ( 1 year old at the end of Nov!!!!) The third was produced in Jan 20 !!!!! Being now 20 months old.
As a coffee enthusiast & this was a gift for a friend I'M COMPLETELY DISGUSTED they've fobbed off a bf deal with out of dated coffee.
Several emails have got me nowhere!
Threatened eventually with trading standards and statutory rights they promised replacements several days ago!
It's not arrived!!!
Don't shop or use them xxxx BEWARE !!!!

Purchased a Sage coffee machine from…

Purchased a Sage coffee machine from them in May 2021. Machine was faulty and was advised to send it back and get an in warranty new replacement. I chased for four months to get my replacement. They claimed to have no stock so I contacted Sage direct. It was an utter farce. bestcoffee.guide customer services is undoubtedly the worse ever. They never bothered to send my machine back to Sage. After continuous chasing they finally refunded me. Wasted four months and spent hours and hours chasing them. Don’t be tempted by their cheap prices! Avoid!

Excellent value and service

Bought a coffee machine; it was the cheapest price online for the model by a significant margin. Delivery was prompt, product arrived in excellent condition. I'm extremely happy with the machine and the service I received. Would highly recommend.

Efficient delivery and great product

We hadn't come across the company before but checked Trust Pilot as the price for a Sage Touch Barista was significantly lower than elsewhere and We were worried that the old adage of... if it looks to good to be true... but after reading the reviews we purchased from here and were amazed by the service. The delivery quick and packaging was everything you would want to keep the machine save in transit.

Happy purchaser

Like the others I made a purchase without knowing much about the company but delivery was really fast and they double walled the packaging for extra security (it was a coffee machine). They were also really prompt replying to my emails.

Surprisingly good service

Bought a Hario v60, price was cheaper than online competitors, delivery was remarkably prompt, shopify checkout so all the benefits of being reassuringly secure/text message confirmation etc. One thing which particularly caught my eye was that the v60 was delivered in a double walled cardboard box - obviously more expensive for them to do but done as standard (by the looks of things). I couldn't find any information on the company when trying to figure out if they were legit (sticking "best coffee" into google renders a lot of recipies, who would've thought), but had such a good experience with them that it only felt fitting to leave this review.

Great experience buying a Sage Barista Express

We had a great experience with buying a Sage Barista Express from their website. The package arrived just on time and it was much more cheaper than other online retailers. Also our coffee machine came with lots of perks like some free really tasty coffee beans :).
