I have had a subscription of period patches from Be You for many years now and they really do help with the pain. I haven't had any issues with my subscription until recently when the patches were out of stock for quite some time. However, Hannah (Customer Happiness Officer) couldn't have been more helpful. I emailed in to say I had ran out of patches and she sent out a couple of free packs (that wouldn't be able to be sold) to me to make sure that I didn't run out. She also mentioned that there could be a slight delay to sending them out to me as she would have to go to the warehouse to send them out herself. There wasn't any delay and they actually came really quickly (even over the Christmas/New Year break) but it did highlight how much she was going out of her way to make sure this was resolved for me! I love the Be You period patches they are the only thing that works when I’m on my period and they also help with my back. At first I was sceptical when people would say they work but trust me they 100% do they make it so I don’t have cramps I do have a little bit of pain still but that’s at the start. I also recently emailed them because I couldn’t get them anywhere and they was quick to respond and a lovely Hannah who respond to me explain that they have been having issues with their stock but that they are trying and was so kinda and sent me out a different type and they do work and done it the next day and I basically got them 2/3 days after for free. This has made me more wanting to support the business more as they do seem to care about their customer.

I love these products and they are a life saver but I’m rating it a 3 because they’ve been out of stock for months and I rely on them heavily. If I was getting them they’d be a 5. It’s the most effective form of pain relief and I wish they were in stock

Complete scam product . Doesn't stick to your body , but loves to stick to itself . You will spend most of your time trying to unravel the patch from itself . IF you manage to get it on - very unlikely if attempting alone - the adhensive doesn't really bond to the skin , you will feel nothing & it falls off quickly . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONET

I have Endo, Adeno and PCOS so after a while of searching for a Tens machine i decided to go with beyou. I can not fault the quality of the machine i enjoy how high it goes and the different modes it provides.
However my short patch did not have much stickiness to it, I contact the team and have been in contact with Hannah. She was very quick to act and offered me money refunded aswell as 2 new patches free of charge.
There has been a delay in shipment of there pads , which Hannah has been in constant contact with me and has been quick to respond. Due to the wait being way longer then expected she has sent me another long pad until they receive the small ones.
Honestly i can not fault this company the issues that have happen has been completely out of anyone's control. They have handled it all so amazing, i have definitely choose the right company to stick with thank you ! and Thank you again to Hannah !!

I was really excited to use these as I suffer from Endometrosis and really bad cramps.
The cooling effect lasted the full 12 hours but did nothing for my pain.
The smell was also so overwhelming everyone in the office could smell the patch.

Great products and brilliant customer service, the cooling patches are amazing I couldn't live without them and the tens machine is portable, discreet and comes in handy if you are out and about. ✨

Brilliant patches. Used to help me when I used to get time of the months and also I've found more recently has helped me with stomach aches, also if I get an upset/hurting stomach because of anxiety these really help calm me down and feel relaxed again. Deffo recommend.

I saw this patch and bought one sachet to try it out.When my period came fiund out o had no pain killer,decided to use one,while i get out to get a pain killer.was surprised the pain reduced,and i went for my training without pain.And fibriod pain could be terrible.i had to come online to order,because i couldn't remember the shop i bought from and being looking for the patch

I spotted the beyou, monthly patches a few months ago, and since trying them out I can’t go back. They make such a difference and really help with my intense cramps. They’re cooling and from time to time intense but amazing. I find that I don’t take as many painkillers any more.

Absolutely incredible they are miracle working patches.With these I’m able to get through the day and carry on like normal. Without these, I definitely cannot carry on normal!

Been using these for several years now. I tried them on a recommendation from a friend. I'll admit I was sceptical they would help; having previously tried so many things, but I was desperate. Not even an hour after my friend handed me a patch, I had signed up for the subscription service.
I have endometriosis and have suffered with agonising period pain since my teens. Before finding these patches, when my period rolled around, I was either off work sick in bed or had to drag myself into the office with a hot water bottle strapped to me for days on end. Now, the pain is much easier to handle, and I only have one day per month where I need a hot water bottle as well.
I don't know the science behind how these patches work, but they really do make a big difference. I now recommend them to everyone I speak to who suffers from period pains because I believe these patches are a real game-changer for women's menstrual health.

I ordered some from amazon and unfortunately a package was damaged. Amazon advised to contact BeYou directly which I did and they were amazing.
They sent out a new package plus extras the next working day and was very sympathetic with my continual use of them due to surgeries I had just undergone.
The patches seem to work wonders with the pains I get, like nothing else has before. Even severe pains are dulled and far more manageable thanks to this product.
I will defiantly be continually buying more!

After using the patch once I was left with discoloured skin (brown/black) and in pain. It has actually managed to start reopen a 8 year old surgery scar and now appears infected.

2 days later and the discoloured skin has started to peel off and has taken a good layer of skin off.

Will never be using these products again

Great product, highly recommend works for me.

i hve undiagnosed chronic pelvic + abdominal pain and ibuprofen, paracetamol and hot water bottles are ineffective. i tried beyou and it doesn’t always 100% take away the pain, but it has *always* lessened it. half of the time it really has completely stopped that horrible sharp stabbing pain. the relief is like a breath of fresh air. and the cooling tingly feeling is so nice.

the fact it’s natural and science-based is amazing. they’re putting actual research and thoughtfulness into this. and it does also work very well for my period cramps, which is of course what it was originally designed to do :)

I have been using these patches for about 2 years now and they have made such a difference. I really struggle with my periods and have had to try various different medical treatments but having these alongside those helps so much. There are some months I just use these and some paracetamol which is so great compared to what I’ve been though (obviously various factors affect how painful the cramps each month are)
Really easy to use and mean I can use them when I’m out and about and doesn’t show.

My period pain is so bad that I would often throw up or be bed bound for a whole day when my period starts. While the monthly patches don’t completely get rid of my period pain, they make life so much more manageable - I can sleep through, go to work and even exercise on the right day thanks to these patches! Not only do they work, they’re also super affordable at less than £2 per patch, which is brilliant
