The courier (his name is Sadi iirc), delivered our package safely and on time. Good service.

Í was not informed that youONLY deliver and absolutely do not help. I had to carry total 160kg sofa by my self. You should put in BIG letter that you only deliver to the outside of the house. NOT happy!

This is actually the first time in my life that I’m writing a review, and I’ll keep it short.

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service.

I was told I would receive a text message 30 minutes before the driver arrived. Instead, I got the message at 12:56, and the driver was at my door just 7 minutes later. The idea was, after receiving text i will drive home and receive the goods but
The driver called me and said he was at my address and can not wait for me. I explained that I was at work and would need 15 minutes to get there. I kindly asked if he could leave the boxes at my door on the first floor, but he refused.

I then called the company. Since my Danish isn’t very good yet, I politely asked the woman on the phone, named "H****", if we could speak in English. She immediately said “NEJ” — a loud and clear “no.” I explained that I’m new to Denmark, still learning the language, and asked again if we could speak in English. Again, she just said “NEJ.”

I tried to explain my problem in Danish as best I could, but she kept saying things I couldn’t understand. Eventually, I gave up, said “okay, thanks,” and she coldly replied “good day” and hung up.

Extremely rude and unhelpful service.

How are they doing business in a country like Denmark?
I was home all day and waiting for my package to come. I took a leave from my work just for this delivery. And when I check the tracking it shows no property access. I did not get any call on my phone or no one rang my doorbell.
When I called the customer service, the customer service representative was very unprofessional and rude from the beginning and did not even listen to me.
Please avoid this company.

Best delivery ever. Never got the delivery guys name.. but the ordernumber has been added. He is the absolute best delivery guy. Super polite and extremely service minded.

I took a day from home to receive the delivery.
The carrier did not ring a European phone.
Maybe you could consider giving this possibility to your driver?
And did not ring the building bell.
I am not sure why the doorbell was not ring but should you have rang the doorbell, I would have opened.
And then it showed on the tracking that there was no one home.
It is quite unpleasant to read I was not home whereas I was. Maybe your tracking should be more specific.

They were in good time with my shipment and helped with it inside even though it was only supposed to get delivered to my door. Curtesy and helpfulness goes long in my book. All in all fantastic

Fin levering

They have not delivered my order to me and updated the status that it has been delivered. It is totally insane.

Marian is such a great driver. Dilvered on time and called in advance

Got a text in the evening saying the parcel will be delivered the next day. It was too late for me to cancel what I was doing to be home. So I missed the delivery.

On the reschedule of the delivery, I waited home the entire day. I got a message saying it will be delivered in 30minutes. 3 hours later I call and they said they have lost the package and cannot find it. So I wasted an entire day of my holiday due to their inability to communicate. I would have preferred they communicated from the beginning so I didn’t need to be locked to the house.

Now I just hope they find the package.

Super bad experience. The retailer said that I can agree on when and where the order should be delivered. In the end they just delievered without asking when (at the most incovenient time) and where (no option to bring the product into the apartmenmt even though the retailer said they BFT can carry it inside)

Quik delivery. ETA was between 11-15. Actual arrival was 10:45 🤩 The delivery man Saad was smiling and very helpfull. The delivery took around 3 minutes total😁
