It’s write that order come in 1-2 days

It’s write that order come in 1-2 days, we waited almost one week and don’t have, phone calls no answer, now we don’t need this but can’t move back and get my money back because nobody answer.

The worst experience ever, don't buy there

I feel cheated by Fletkurven.dk. 1st of March I have ordered basket from Fletkurven.dk. I have paid immediately and wait for package. 5th of March I've got information that my package is on the way. After few days of waiting I went to pickup point but they've told me that they don't have it. On PostNord app I have checked that package was delivered but to Horsens. I talked with PostNord and they said that package was returned and I will be contacted by sender. I've waited to 17th of March - no contact nor no refund. I've send email on 17th asking about my package, and I've got response that my package is already delivered. When I replied that it was returned, I have never received the answer. I've tried to write on 20th and 22th - no answer till today. I also tried to call to their phone number (which btw. is available only from 13:00 to 14:00) 3 times - automatic answer is that there is no one to pick the phone at the moment. Now my patience is depleted and still no basket nor no refund

As i have stated for you, we do not have anything to do with postnord...they are the transportation company and we as a company do not have any influence on what they do with the packages.

If they have send it back to us it's because you haven't picked it up in time...wich is not our fault but only yours. Also, as i wrote to you we haven't got your package back from postnord yet, so i do really not understand this 1 star review.

Next up, we write multiple places that we have a response time up to 48 hours on mail. And, on our website we tell that the phone is not open because of easter.

I'll refund your money now, we as a company do not want to find ourselves in bad reviews or false accusations, I close the matter here.
