Loses parcels on Vinted!

It’s the first time in my life à delivery company loses my parcel. Ordered on around 27th of December with shipment to Paris, my Vinted purchase stayed in their warehouse ever since. On 18th of January Vinted informed that the parcel is lost. On Boyaca page it was written “delivered” and “taken off” somewhere in Spain. They lied, I had nothing under my name in my delivery point in Paris. Awful company. Loses parcels and never replies to any e-mail. Never select this company for delivery!

Complete lack of competence

Shipment went out on December 9th and January 3rd I was told the package is lost I kept checking on the package. Seller said it's the third package that they lost for him.
Tried to get in touch with Boyaca through their site, was not possible, their number doesn't work either, with insistence I found their email address, I'm still waiting for them to respond.
Was a Christmas gift.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Totally unreliable

I use this company for Vinted and they are utterly dreadful. The parcels are never collected when they should be, never delivered on time, the people who take them in the shop have no training and no idea what they're doing. As soon as my last parcels have been sent, I'm going to delete them from my account.

This Company is a e-commerce Nightmare

This Company is a e-commerce Nightmare, I sold Item via Wallapop and had to transport via BOYACA, first delay in Pickup, then delay in shipment in the direction of destination, days without movements, then out for delivery 4:07 AM, 4:09 AM short info FAILED, no further infos given... now it is back in the warehouse

Bought a package from SHEIN and it's…

Bought a package from SHEIN and it's taking ages to arrive. In the past SHEIN used CTT or Correos and the packages arrived without any issues. Now with this company it's a nightmare. Worst delivery company ever. SHEIN must stop using them, or people will.l simply stop buying there, because this situation is ridiculous. Please people, send complaints to SHEIN so they stop doing business with this useless company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible excuse of a delivery company who take 5 times longer than any other delivery company. Do not answer queries and there is no phone number. DO NOT USE. USELESS.

Don't use this courier

For the english speaking.

Bought a package on wallapop. The courier picked it up at 13. The package has hasn't moved from that point out from the logistic center. It currently is still in the logistic centre. IT HAS BEING 13 DAYS.

Calling the courier doesn't work as mentioned by other reviews. You just get hang up after waiting for a long time in the cue.

I have send a complaint every day through the complaint form on the tracking page.

No response nothing. Just a total lack of communication.

I bought payed a lot of money for my product. And now I'm worried and angry that the package is gone.

Absolutely don't use this courier. It's not worth it, it will just bring sleepless nights a lot of stress and a lot of anger.
