After hearing the calling to guide breathwork ceremonies, I was led to Christabel's 4-day masterclass which I signed up for because it sounded interesting, without having any expectations or ambitions. Throughout the 4 days it became clear that the way Christabel structures her Breath of Bliss ceremonies is exactly what I was looking for. I felt drawn to the way she builds up the energy in the room and lifts up everybody's consciousness, guiding the participants deeper and deeper in perfect preparation for the actual breathing session, which is perfectly orchestrated as well to reach high states of bliss and love. Seeing what it does with everyone participating was truly heart-opening and ignited a spark in me.

So the decision formed in me to join her facilitator training. The training was intense (in a positive way), and forced me to leave my comfort zone in many ways. Chritabel has a talent in seeing the individual potential in humans and bringing that to the fore.

Feeling always very safe, held and guided throughout my journey with Christabel, my life transformed and I reached new levels of self-confidence, sovereignty and male energy. In the end, I enjoyed facilitating several ceremonies on my own and had discovered skills in me that I didn't know existed.
