The Breath of Bliss experience is immersive and power-packed. Christabel holds immaculate space for each person to find their own heart aligned wisdom, accessed through breath, movement and sound. The faciliator training is simply next level and was a pivot point for me to make significant and important life changes. I am forever grateful that Breath of Bliss and Christabel came into my life.
