Bill came to our home this morning and quickly sorted out a blocked drain. He was very professional and polite and did a stellar job. So happy with the services :)!

Very helpful and quick. It wasn’t a big job, but it was causing me a lot of grief so it was great to have someone confirm simply what needed doing and then do it without a big drama, and at a reasonable cost.

I’ve been using Bromley Plumbers at my café for over a year now and they’ve been nothing short of fantastic. Over that time I’ve had several of their team come in to work on different jobs and every single one of them has been professional, friendly, and highly skilled. It’s rare to find a company where the standard is consistently excellent across the whole team but Bromley Plumbers really delivers.

Special shout out to Jake (and the other Jake) who have both done outstanding work for me, from fitting the entire plumbing system for my coffee bar to refitting a new macerator and installing taps. Everything was done efficiently, to a high standard, and with great attention to detail.

They’ve been reliable, quick to respond when I’ve needed them, and always a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them to anyone and everyone I can, whether it’s a big installation or a quick fix, you can trust them to get it done professionally.

I rang them early morning, and they promosed a 4-6 appointment the same day. Cured the problem, gave good advice, and would recommend without hesitation.

Just had my toilet system repaired the young man did a really good job left my bathroom very clean a real pleasure could not recommend them highly enough.

I thankfully managed to get a cancellation today for issues I had with my toilet, Bromley plumbers sent Jake around, who sorted out and dealt with them, he was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and gave good advice on how to prevent further occurrences. I am really impressed with this company. A few weeks ago Tom replaced a broken drain gully and did an excellent job. Today Luke has replaced some tiles that had to be lifted up to fix the drain and he also did a very good job. They are very polite and offer a very good service.

Punctual and efficient.

Can’t thank the boys enough they came out on Bank holiday Monday to make safe after my cylinder split and arranged to fit a new one on Wednesday. Tom arrived promptly and carried out the works efficiently especially as he had to redirect a lot of the pipe work due to the limited space. He was polite clean and did a good job

Tom arrived at the given time. His assessment of the issue was focussed and timely. He quickly obtained the necessary replacement part and fitted it promptly with no fuss or delay. A very pleasant and friendly person who had the job assessed and completed in very good time. I know where we will be looking in future should we need a plumber.

First Class - Whole House water filter and descaler installed by Luke. He is clearly proud of his work, as installation was first class, with clean solder joints and great parallel alignment of the pipes. Cannot fault them, and having them back next week to do a little more work.
