Service is best in industry and battery s top quality. I’m getting double the runtime on my trolling motor with the new 24V lithium battery I got from Canbat.

I ordered 24V 50Ah Lithium Battery (LiFePO4) on November 22 2025. Today is Jan 3 2026.

it's been 42 days! But I still haven't received my battery.

They have told me they would send to me soon more than 10 times!!!

I am quite happy with the battery. They were out of the standard one so I got a free upgrade to the heated model. The casing appears to be well sealed and otherwise built. It was packaged well in multiple layers of heavy cardboard. It replaced a wet battery in a small camping trailer without much electrical load. It charges well from a smart alternator, DC-DC charger, and auxiliary trailer plug that I installed. I am not worried any longer about running out of power on overcast trips. It's a Canadian office of a Chinese company. The staff speak good English and communicate reasonably well. However I did not find the staff knowledgeable in anything battery related. Mostly sales people who dodge your technical questions and direct you to make a purchase as soon as possible. I did find the technical articles on the website useful and informative though. They have their own Android app ("Canbat") for BMS monitoring which is clear and easy to use although they do not mention its existence anywhere on the site or with the product itself that I have found. The price is the best that I have personally found in Canada on LiFEPO4 including free shipping, even to the territories. How long it will last remains to be seen as I have only had it a couple of months. There is a 10 year warranty but they require you to ship it to them which would cost a fortune, as it's dangerous goods. Do your own research on the technology you're buying and follow the operating rules for it to avoid any issues.

Customer service is fantastic every step of the way. I called a few times this week and someone picked up the phone every time. Shipping the lithium batteries was free and fast to Edmonton.

The best customer service I've received in a long time. I chatted with their reps online and they made sure I got the right LiFePO4 battery for my Minn Kota trolling motor and an appropriate charger. Can't wait till I get my battery!
