Good deal, or maybe not

On paper, Clever.dk sounds like a smart choice. In practice, 60–70% of the time the chargers are occupied, which makes it feel like paying for access you rarely get. Customer service only adds to the frustration: no proper login, no self-service cancellations, and call wait times exceeding 30 minutes. Cancelling is unnecessarily difficult, and the overall experience feels designed to test your patience rather than reward your loyalty. I can’t recommend it.

Initially I had difficulty to follow the process on how to use the equipment, may I suggest that you introduce a downloadable step-by-step process for first time users, highlighting the differences between the charging machines, start the process once plugged in, etc.
