The worst customer service

The worst customer service, and misleading subscription model. I accidentally signed up to the annual membership and was charged by them. I literally had no idea I had a subscription, so I cancelled it immediately after I was charged and request a refund kindly. I did use their services and I didn’t even have a card. They said no to a refund and subsequently I now don’t have access to my account because I cancelled it, so I’ve thrown over $130 in the bin.

Was charged for the 3 month free trial after only 2 days

Was charged for the link service when it was supposed to be a 3month trial, and was charged 2days after I linked my fb acct, the company uses false tactics to gain customers, under the guise of no fees, until you activate it, then you are confronted with the $108 yearly fee, but they offer a 3month free trial which is a lie, they take the money out the second you link anything but your name and number, and no response from customer support

Good in general, but problems with non iphone recipients saving my profile

I have been using Dot cards since 2021. I thought it was good in general and i reordered in packs of 5 or 10 for friends as gifts whenever they were on sale. I'd say Dot cards work well for iphone tap and go recipients because they can save my contact in their phone contact directory easily. However, for android phone recipients, they had trouble receiving my profile by the tap & go method, (often caused embarrassment when it didn't work) and had to switch to scanning my QR code. It is also difficult to get my scanned contact profile saved onto android phones. I had to ask people to screen capture my profile when it didn't get save successfully on non-iphones. Can you provide instructions on how to save a profile on android phones?
