Dutch wants your cc info!

Dutch will make it VERY easy to get your credit card and bill you for a vet appointment (virtual). That part is nice. Then after that, kiss your care goodbye because they "forget" to put the prescription on your dashboard, then when you chat it is an AI bot who cannot help you. Then when you text it is the SAME thing - An AI bot that says "email us and we will get back to you". Four emails later, nothing. Now they want me to schedule ANOTHER paid vet appointment? Take your pet's care somewhere else. The customer service is an absolute JOKE.

That’s just wrong, unethical, cruel, neglectful

The vet video appointments are always very helpful but everything else horrible. Customer service is a nightmare- no follow up on my order issue, no update. You’d not able to reach anyone to get help- they just don't do it right. I’ve placed an order last Friday , paid for the rushed delivery so my cat feels better soon. Antibiotics and her prescriptions dry and wet food: she has a crystal in her urine and shouldn’t eat the regular food that caused it. Last night ( Monday) I’ve got the delivery to find out it was only her meds. No foods in this tiny plastic package!! Sadly I’ve got notifications my order was delivered- excuse me, where are my kitty foods?? Somehow someone messed up with my order and forgot to include the foods ( 19 pounds weight total) but the meds only.. I’ve made many attempts today to get it resolved but instead of help I’ve got the ignorance at least.. I cannot start her on the antibiotics because she has to have something in her stomach! My poor kitty has suffered and would continue to suffer for how long ? until they finally decide to ship her food. Another 5 - 7 days to to treat her infection and treat her urine crystals. THATS WRONG. TOO BAD. UNETHICAL. CRUEL. NEGLECTFUL.

First and foremost, I want to say how truly sorry I am for the stress this situation has caused you and your kitty. We absolutely understand how serious urinary crystals and infections are, and how important it is that she receives both her prescribed food and medication without delay.

Hearing that you felt ignored or unsupported is not the experience we ever want for you or your pet.

I’d like to walk through exactly what happened so there is full transparency:

You reached out to us on 2/9/2026 at 9:33am PST via SMS.

Our team responded at 9:56am PST letting you know the drops were marked as delivered on our end and that we would immediately contact the pharmacy regarding the food.

Within 24 hours, we followed up to let you know we were placing a replacement order for the prescription food.

Our team followed up directly with the pharmacy and successfully initiated the replacement order on 2/10/2026.

I can confirm the replacement order was delivered today, 2/12/2026.

It also appears the original food shipment is still in transit, which means you may receive that as well.

Regarding shipping: when rush shipping is selected at checkout, it applies to medications (such as the drops). Prescription food ships separately from a different pharmacy and unfortunately cannot be rush shipped due to pharmacy processing and carrier limitations. I completely understand how confusing and frustrating that can feel, especially when you’re expecting everything together.

I also want to clarify that when you called in while actively texting with us, the SMS thread automatically closed because you were connected live with an agent. When you emailed, that agent reviewed your phone conversation and let you know they were awaiting the pharmacy update before reaching back out. There was no intention to ignore you, and I’m very sorry it felt that way.

That said, your feelings are valid. When your cat is in pain and you’re trying to do everything right for her, any delay feels unacceptable. We never want you to feel that her care isn’t being treated urgently.

We’re relieved the replacement has now been delivered, and we sincerely hope she’s able to start feeling better quickly. If there’s anything additional you need, whether that’s reviewing your order, discussing shipping options in the future, or any further support, I’m here and ready to help.

Again, I’m very sorry for the distress this caused you and your kitty. We truly care about her wellbeing.

Each time, I was able to get a same‑day appointment, and the vets walked me through multiple treatment options, including both supplements and medications, so I could choose what felt right for my dog. During one visit, I uploaded clear photos of her ears ahead of time, which allowed the vet to examine the issue closely and come prepared with thoughtful recommendations. The entire process is seamless, intuitive, and clearly designed with both pets and pet parents in mind. It’s efficient, stress‑free, and genuinely empowering. You will not be disappointed. Not only was the vet very respectable. Dutch actually just contacted me and went above and beyond just to see how my cat was doing.

Very polite, well dressed, answered any questions I had, took the time to listen to my questions and answer them in a way that I understood and the visit went very smoothly and I felt comfortable. He also eased my worry and the fact that I didn’t have to wait any extra days we did it at 9:10 PM EST. I appreciate that too because I was worried about my cat. Definitely worth the subscription or whatever you wanna call it.
Highly recommended the only issue I didn’t care for personally was some of the questions when you’re signing up I had no clue how to answer them so I did my best.
Is Saturday, February 6 and I got a text message from Dutch so I read it and basically they were just checking on buddy my cat to see how he was doing since the vet visit and I was surprised to get the message because not everybody is like that, and I was so pleased that they took the time to check up on my cat to see how things were going, so I told them I truly appreciated them taking the time to see how things were going. That’s the same time I want whoever reads this review to know that when it comes to Dutch they really truly do care so it’s worth every penny.

My year as a customer never once did

My year as a customer never once did, we get a true visit w/vet. They only have increments of 10mins per visit for tele visits not enough time to diagnose your animal. I missed 3 of 4 visits and charged for all 3. I feel like the email should ask for you to log in 20 to 30 mins early ask that you load zoom. Cancelling today and would not recommend to anyone. I would not even give them 1 star only did so I can advise ppl they are a Scam.

To clarify for anyone reading: all of our veterinary appointments are 10 minutes long, which is clearly stated at booking and is standard for telehealth visits. During these appointments, our licensed veterinarians focus on specific concerns and provide guidance, treatment plans, or next steps as appropriate for telemedicine.

We also want to clear up some confusion around appointment reminders and access. Customers receive:
A confirmation email and text when the appointment is booked
A reminder the day before the appointment
A reminder email and text message on the day of the appointment

Each message includes a Zoom link for the video visit, and the veterinarian sends a message in the portal ahead of time explaining what to expect. The initial confirmation email also asks customers to log in a few minutes early to ensure a successful connection.

Regarding billing, we reviewed your account and refunded the no-show fee that was charged once you reached out to our team. We also see that your account is currently set to cancel at the end of this month.

It was cost effective, and a good treatment plan. especially for two or more pets. They are observant knowledgeable and friendly. And They are Ontime in the comfort of Home. You dont have to leave the house.
