Unable to establish a homepage

The company is not able to manage a homepage. Even after three registrations and several mails I could not get any access to my mails they sent me. So I hat to resign from my contract although the conditions were convenient. Never experienced such a mess. @E wie einfach: Please read my mails sent to you and you may understand.

My experience with this company has…

My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating.
I requested to start my contract at the beginning of May, but I didn’t receive any response until mid-June. In the meantime, Vattenfall took over the electricity supply — and from that point on, it’s been a complete disaster.

There has been constant back and forth just to resolve the issue and provide the correct documents to Vattenfall. Their customer service is completely inadequate and unhelpful. I tried reaching out via email — no response. I then contacted them through WhatsApp chat, and after over an hour of messaging, the chat was closed without any solution.

Based on my experience, I absolutely do not recommend this company.

E like inexistent service

E like inexistent service! I’m trying to activate the contract on my name after the previous tenant left from 10 days and the uncustomer service keeps bouncing me usless emails after i write them three four times. What a bad service if a customer has to chaise you for a contract! They pretend nobody soeaks English on the phone..i also work in a German customer service office and we all help any customer in every language we can..loosers!

E Wie Einfach is Their: Avoid this company at all cost

Avoid this company at all cost. I moved out and they still took money from my account for the next year of 150 euros. Then they tried to collect money on me for me despite not living at the address for years. They made a claim with the shady company called riverty which does not respond to clients but keeps sending bills to create a record to send to court. Riverty is also to be avoided. I have a series of unanswered emails asking them to remove this claim. Instead they send more bogus request. Now I have an excess and loss that tripples the amount and they have not responded to my calls or emails to rectify this. This is on top of the fact that they took money from my account after I closed the account and that has NOT been refunded. I have not yet written a review but I would avoid this company, riverty, and all the desperate shady companies posing as ethical such as this E Wie Einfach. I am paying for this heavily despite moving away. It is also a case that is over 2 years old. I moved to regular standard provider who responds and can show me all steps of the process without any issues or delays. They won't respond to my emails, calls, and yet they can troll a generic response below to justify their theft and unjust behaviour. Avoid stress and pick a better reputable company that will actually respond and care for their customers. I will never make the mistake of trying out companies that pose as responsible or ethical. They are not worth legal fees and time spent trying to get your money back. I am still paying and waiting. I even followed up with an email after the response below. Still NO answer. It is sad to take advantage of people for profit. 'You might win some but you really lost one'. The profit stolen from me can only sustain temporary. The more clients you lose has a larger cost.

Horrible!

One of the worst experiences I had in term of responsiveness, update or any kind of information requests or even carrying out requests.

Wanted to have them as my electricity provider, haven't heard from them for a week, then they told we moved your contract date without any notification or even consulting me, asked for a revoke, got nothing to confirm.

Each time you have to wait very long to get to an agent on the phone or online, and emails never get answered.

Just horrible!

Very disappointing experience with this electricity provider

I made a new electricity contract with E WIE EINFACH GmbH on February 12, 2023. I terminated contract with my previous electricity provider and it has already ended on March 6, 2023.

However to my absolute horror, I got the information from E WIE EINFACH GmbH that my new electricity contract will start from next year (from March 2024). They are also going to charge me a higher tariff than what was offered for year 2023. I do not understand how they came up with this unbelievable start date of contract.

I have already sent the confirmation of contract termination letter from my previous supplier and also wrote emails, but till now, I have not received any response at all.

Update: I managed to speak to the hotline service. Though I very much appreciate the polite, friendly and empathetic attitude of the customer service lady, my issue is still not resolved. She told me that once a contract is made, the start date can't be changed.

What is the point of making a new contract with this company if I still have to stick to the basic electricity provider for next 12 months?

Beware of contracts, after 3 termination requests, the contract has been renewed. Without my question, I will not come back to them.
