Worst costumer service and return policy every! First the package came with damage, I applied for a return and they sent me an email to print the label but it's can't be printed.

Good experience! Bought a washing machine... the next day we were informed that it was not in stock and offered an immediately solution in the shape of an upgraded model for the same price. Win = Win! It arrived quickly, installed by a super friendly staff. A good experience altogether!
Not happy with the delivery timeline and information. Regular updates and an earlier deliver date should be provided. I had to call client services multiple times.
I called customer service to ask when my order would arrive, but they did not care and did not speak with respect, and there was a lot of laughter for no reason from the customer service employee. This is the last time I will buy from them and I do not recommend buying from them or dealing with them at all.
Too lazy to ship a €300 item in a proper box, they just wrap the original packaging in packing tape, ruining it. Yet they charge €28 for shipping plus a €10 card fee.

I completed the order and paid online.Saturday morning I get a call from some subcontractor,who pretended not to speak english.I got his point however that he was calling about the airco, and that it was "OP".Disappointed, I ask for my money back. Response:"not my issue,you have to complain to EP on Monday".I call EP on the Monday, they tell me I bought from a subcontractor, and that I need to complain to the subcontractor (who I have no idea who that is...).Madness. Eventually I got my money back after getting a bit angry. Lots of stress, wasted time, and no product.Because of the lies and incompetence of EP,I also missed out on buying the airco on another site.Conclusion: Stay away.
