Warranty support is fantastic. From first contact to resolution was less then a week. They simply asked for a video demonstrating the issue and promptly offered a replacement. I previously used cheaper chair that I would need to replace out of pocket regularly, but FlexiSpot warranty and support, makes it worth the extra.

Ordering was easy / great customer service
Ordering was easy. My desk components came in 3 shipments; frame, drawer, desk top. I received the frame in only a couple of days after I ordered it and the drawer came a day later. The top however got kicked around by UPS and ultimately received damaged 2 days later than was supposed to be delivered…not FlexiSpot fault.
Started a chat to try and resolve but ultimately the agent I got disappeared on me after about 20 min of me waiting for him/her. I called and spoke with Patrick after only a couple of minutes. He was able to pull up the previous chat and the pictures that I had sent in already. A replacement top has already been processed. I am eagerly awaiting the new desk top.

I recently ordered a desk setup and while the product quality is absolutely top-notch, I ran into a delivery hiccup where the package was misdelivered. I reached out to customer support, and they were incredibly supportive and responsive. They didn't hesitate to help and immediately arranged for a replacement to be shipped out to ensure I got what I paid for.
It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their product and supports their customers this well. Highly recommended for both the build quality and the peace of mind!
Order cancelled - no refund, no customer service
My order for a C7 Morpher-Mesh-With Footrest office chair been on backorder for almost three weeks after which the company simply cancelled the order. Or been almost 2 weeks since the cancellation (and more than a month since the original order), I still haven't received the money back ($700+ CAD) and no customer service rep is able to help.
This company is a fraud - avoid at all costs.

I’m incredibly grateful for Geneva from the after-care team. After realising the tabletop I purchased was too small for my desk, she made the exchange process seamless. She was incredibly patient while I re-measured my space and focused entirely on finding a solution without making me feel bad for the initial oversight.
Knocked off a star to provide a suggestion for improvement. It would be helpful to have a compatibility guide for tops and stands during the ordering process, perhaps with a warning flag for atypical dimensions.
