After being assigned a design representative for illustrations for my book, I had a few questions that I emailed to both R.Bradley and J. Baron. I received brief responses, but no real answers. Then, before receiving any images or work from them, I was ghosted for weeks. I disputed the charge made to my credit card, since I could not get a response from anyone, and they fabricated emails between myself and a person I had never heard of and sent them to my bank to make it appear that I was satisfied with their "work". What a scam! I would not recommend this organization. I do not trust them.

We ordered the FlexiSpot Japanese Joinery bed frame. It arrived with one piece broken, but after contacting customer service, a replacement was sent as soon as was possible. (If not delivered damaged, it would be 5 stars) The bed was pretty easy to assemble and seems sturdy and solid. We are happy with our purchase and the service provided by FlexiSpot. Would highly recommend!
