Not impressed with the quality

Not impressed with the quality. Photos used were professional images & once uploaded on the site all appeared ok. One of the prints ive recieved has completely cut people off the print & is so pixilated you cant even decipher peoples faces but showed ok on the website when ordering?
Have used the contact us form to raise issues but no response

STICK TO FREE PRINTS OR SNAPFISH!!!

I ordered my photo for Valentine’s Day as a gift.
I paid 5.99 for the NEXT DAY delivery…. That was TWO DAYS AGO!!!

Tracking the product is hard enough, when I finally managed to go through the process of tracking it - it’s still in the midlands and I’m in Dorset!

I’m not happy with the 0 reply’s I’ve had from the emails I’ve sent to customer services.

I won’t be using them again. Unless they can refund the postage cost, and contact me.

Terrible company

Taking money without the product. Paying for next day delivery with no details. I put in an order on the 9th of…

I put in an order on the 9th of February and although I can see the money has come out from my account, I have no order details and I can't contact the company. No one's come back to me. I made another order because I thought it was a mistake for next day delivery but when I put in the delivery address which is different from my billing address it reverted to the wrong address and I can't change it online and again can't contact anyone?
