This company misrepresents its products. What I received is nothing like what was advertised and is materially different in every meaningful way. Despite this being obvious, Fruugo is flatly denying the mistake, refusing a proper return and refund, and attempting to shift responsibility onto the customer. This is not a difference of opinion — it is misleading advertising followed by refusal to take accountability.
I already reported them to the right channels and am waiting for the resolution.
Avoid at all costs.

This is a follow up to my review yesterday. I ordered a reborn baby doll from the company, at a price of £53, what I received was screwed up in a plastic bag and I would not have paid £5 for it. My efforts to contact Fruugo failed but I found I could do so via PayPal and I sent photos of what I ordered and what I received. Fruugo customer services reacted quickly and challenged the Chinese supplier. I can’t fault them from then on. I have been promised a full refund and I want to say a big thank you to the company for sorting this quite easily in the end. Some advice: pay using PayPal, you then have the chance of getting the help you need. But, for now, thank you Fruugo,
Grandson's Christmas present delivered…
Grandson's Christmas present delivered to wrong street this afternoon. Wrong size too. It was a Youth size instead of a large boy as he is only 9 years old. Far too big. Found it impossible to find a complaints procedure. Only option was to send back to the individual retailer. So beware - once Fruugo have a sale they wash their hands of you and you have to pay for returns to whichever retailer it came from AND there were no instructions inside the goods with details of how to return except by going through Fruugo's website. First time I've used them but never again. Very disappointed!

My 2 year old French bulldog slipped a disc and I ordered a doggy buggy from Fruugo for £25 sadly due to complications we had to have her put to sleep. What arrived from fruugo was a cup holder for a buggy, I never received the buggy that I had originally ordered I contacted Fruugo and they admitted that they had advertised it wrongly and offered me a refund of about £2.00. There has been lots of Emails sent and they keep making excuses to why they won’t refund me my money, I have said that I will contact trading standards but still no refund. Please Please do not buy anything from Fruugo they are thieves!!!

It's an utterly disgrace i ordered a peepye waited 4 weeks and got a penguin instead my grandson is disabled and has mental health issues got an email back from them offering another penguin been trying to ring them and emailing them but nothing what so ever this so called company is a disgrace 100%.

The item I ordered was astonishingly poor quality. I decided to return it and was advised to use a tracked service (from the Uk).
The item was worth £12 but to use a tracked service to China came in at £20.50!
I opted not to return it and reluctantly accept a £12 loss.
I won’t be buying from the again. Even Temu have a better returns policy than this shambolic bunch do.

We ordered a part for a battery operated vacuum cleaner. It arrived but did not fit so we write to them and quoted correct part number. They sent many emails asking us to confirm the number was correct and reply above the line. We did this several times but found it impossible to complete. They kept asking us again and again but we are still unable to reply. The blue line disappears on the reply!! Frustration after frustration.

I have not received my order even though they are saying I have. Delivery details have changed throughout waiting for my parcel.
No way of getting in touch stay away from this company as I paid out good money and got nothing in return. Total rip off.
Stay away from this company
I bought a jumper and waited 6 weeks to arrive no way to track it and every time I was trying to get in touch with fruugo customer care I didn't get any joy and always got the same automated reply.
When it finally arrived it was too small even though I went for a bigger size than usual try to return it but to do so it would have cost me double the money I have paid for .
In the end I have gave it away but I will never ever buy from this site again.
Customer service absolutely appalling
I am very very dissatisfied with customer service! I ordered a motorcycle cover and it was too small, I sent pictures and asked if I could exchange it for a larger one, but no one got back to me and I have done this 3 times and been totally ignored! The kast time I did it i went through KLARNA and still nothing!

I’d give them 0 if I could! Absolutely awful! We ordered a painting from them for over £42. When it arrived, which took ages and ages, it was just a rolled up poster, looking nothing like we ordered. It was so difficult to find a way to return it, but eventually we sent it back by EVRI, costing us nearly £15, we fortunately got delivery reports. It was delivered back to the sender, but no refund was issued. They were closing the case, with no refund! So, I contacted PayPal, which I always use on line, thank goodness. They refunded the money for the picture. We are still £15 out of pocket but at least it’s better than £55! Take my advice, NEVER shop with them, it’s a scam!
