I bought a kettle which stopped…

I bought a kettle which stopped working. It is still under Warrenty. I have tried numerous times ringing them on the number on their website but no answer. I have emailed customer service and the managing director several times and no responce. I have contacted citizens advice and have sent 2 letters. The last letter saying I will take them to court but this will cost me money. I am an existing customer having purchased 2 kettles and 2 toasters. This is disgusting how they treat their customers. If I could rate them zero I would. Do not buy from this company!

Bought a kettle and toaster set for…

Bought a kettle and toaster set for £140 not worth the money. kettle lid don't open and toaster only is toasting one side .
Been trying to contact them now for 3 weeks and still no reply. Plz avoid this company as there customers service is absolutely awful

I would rate them no stars if I could

I would rate them no stars if I could. Their customer service is non existent. I recently purchased a kettle from them and it is now as noisy as a jet engine. I have contacted them several times by email and had no response. And their telephone number is unobtainable too. I would not recommend this company at all. Do not buy from this company.
