I bought a kettle which stopped working. It is still under Warrenty. I have tried numerous times ringing them on the number on their website but no answer. I have emailed customer service and the managing director several times and no responce. I have contacted citizens advice and have sent 2 letters. The last letter saying I will take them to court but this will cost me money. I am an existing customer having purchased 2 kettles and 2 toasters. This is disgusting how they treat their customers. If I could rate them zero I would. Do not buy from this company!

The light came and it didn't look like the photo. Its supposed to be antique nickel which the metal appeared to have a champagne colour and not matt grey. The glass looked like it should have had a light peachy glow when lit and its white. We ordered the correct bulbs that came with the light so we expected a warm glow. Not the ambience we hoped for. As we had already booked the electrician we went with it but are disappointed with the over all look.it should represent the photo

Nathan was extremely helpful so we went back and bought the electric guitar, amp and all the bits we needed.
