Great product and good price with offers too

Very disappointed with the customer service of this company. Before buying the product I emailed to ask if it can be returned if not suitable after trying, with a full refund and was told I could. The product is not suitable for me and I have requested a return with refund but now being told that I cannot have a full refund as there was an ‘offer’ on at the time. I’m only allowed 30% refund! I would never have bought this product if I had been told that before buying instead of the lies I was told!
Don’t trust this company!!!!

And to be honest I'm mostly mad at my selfe for trying this scam out.
It’s all about the the ads, the product is poor quality, it will turn orange in a few weeks. Your skin will get signs of stress and acne.
The first strokes you use with the product it will look good. But it will turn orange and sticky within the month.

The money back guarantee is also a scam. It’s filled with fine prints. This is the info I got from the ”support”
”Our money-back guarantee applies to unused products. This is due to hygiene and safety reasons. While the guarantee is marketed for shade matching, once a product has been opened and used, it is no longer eligible for a full refund. This condition is outlined in our return policy and applies regardless of promotional periods.”

So as one thought from the beginning. It’s all a well managed marketing team. With a bad product to sell.

Save your money for a real beauty brand ..

I bought their changing foundation, two bottles, happy in the knowledge that there was a 30 day money back guarantee. The bottles arrived, I opened and tried the foundation and was very disappointed in the product. It didn’t feel nice on my skin and far from looking natural made my natural complexion very pale. I used their customer service email to ask for a refund (happy to return both jars). I have heard absolutely nothing to either my first email or my chasing email. I guess their “money back guarantee” is just sales b*******t! I would not recommend this company.

Received my goods very quickly. Packaging was great. Products lovely using the brush supplied, looks great on the skin very light 10/10. At 66 and tired of using other foundations that just didn't look nice. This product looks very natural, love it 😀

Love this product doesn't feel like I have any makeup on...very natural...I am 68 and have struggled to find a foundation .

This Foundation is amazing- really smooth easy to apply and definitely does not crease or leave lines! The colour adjustment is very good and I’ve no idea how this is achieved but the results are excellent- so glad I took the chance to try it! I am 63 so a good foundation is crucial.

I honestly don’t know where to start. The foundation product itself was a huge let down extremely pale, shiny, and greasy. My mascara literally melted as soon as it touched it, which has never happened to me with any product before.

The frustration didn’t stop there. They advertise a 30‑day money back guarantee, but that turned out to be completely untrue in my case. When I requested to return it, I was told I wasn’t eligible because I’d bought it on a promotion, even though my order confirmation and the website at the time clearly stated the 30‑day guarantee. I have screenshots evidence to prove it. Instead of honouring what they advertised, they hid behind extra T&Cs I’d never seen and they couldn’t demonstrate.

To make matters worse, any return is from the UK to the USA at own cost and no shipping label will be provided.

Overall, this has been a really poor experience. I found the company misleading, especially around their guarantees. I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing.

They state foundation lasts up to 16 hours - it lasted 4 hours on myself. I contacted them to say I was returning it under 30 day money back guarantee. They suggested I use a primer to stop this from happening - I explained I had used a primer. Next email said they didn't accept any returns that had been opened. I explained I had to open foundation to test it which is still under their 30 day guarantee. Next email offered me 30% refund as during promotional times, they don't offer full refund. There was not promotional offer at the time and this was not explained on their website anyway. Next email they offered me 50% refund which I refused as it was a 30 day guaranteed money back. Still battling to get my money back so if you're in any doubt the foundation won't suit you, don't buy!

Well packaged product, arrived quite quickly.
The foundation is really good, does exactly what advert claims.

The coverage is light with a nice glow but for me personally it was too pale. It was a good offer for the price

The product did absolutely nothing on me so I asked to return for a refund. They refused, even though I am well within the 30 day trial window.
