But when I received the product (which is more a very white light moisturiser rather than a foundation by the way) and I contacted them asking to return it, they said they wouldn’t accept it because the product was opened! This is clearly false advertising and very disingenuous - how are you supposed up try a product at home if you can’t open it?! Companies like shouldn’t be in business and I am they soon won’t be given their lies and lack of customer service!! Anyway I wanted to warn any unsuspecting buyer all so you don’t get scammed like me!!

They advertised a good price so I decided to book with them. When is completed all the personal details they informed me the room category I wanted was sold out. In good faith I believed them and chose a lesser room. Imagine my surprise to see the room category I had actually requested advertised and available NOT ONLY ON OTHER SITES BUT ALSO THEIR OWN SITE. I complained and they claim it’s non refundable etc so nothing can be done. Do not book with them I will never again.

I bought lots of jewellery and the reality was clunky and nothing like the pictures. Even worse they made returns incredibly difficult (still waiting for refund even though they made me prove with tracking that rings arrived ten days ago!) Hope I get a refund.
Awful awful customer service and not great jewellery. Avoid like the plague!
Stubhub were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend. Please AVOID VIAGOGO - I had to buy last minute very expensive floor tickets for Coldplay 15 minutes before concert because viagogo finally delivered me very inferior replacement tickets. I chose refund. Bought on stubhub. Absolute seamless experience. Best of all their customer service was so good and second to none! Really striking different experience to viagogo. I’ll always use stubhub in future.

Shame I can’t give minus stars! The experience with Viagogo buying very expensive floor seats for Coldplay was frankly shockingly bad! I never write reviews but feel compelled to warn others. Our tickets didn’t get released for download. Their web chat says it’s “normal” and would be released three hours before. No one picks up the phone and they cut you off by web chat. Even at door open time no tickets. I finally managed to get through the queue and they said they’d sand me alternative link to tickets. THEY SENT ME TICKETS IN A PART OF THE STADIUM THAT IS ONE TENTH THE VALUE I PAID AND OFFERED ME JUST £13 coupon as compensation or refund. I had two very disappointed girls with me but we chose refund. So long story short: they apparently routinely offer you lower priced seats at the last minute. The story has a happy ending no thanks to Viagogo: I quickly purchased floor seats on stubhub. NIGHT AND DAY BETTER SMOOTHER EXPERIENCE ON STUBHUB. ALWAYS USE STUBHUB. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPERB

The clothes look great but please be careful in shopping with them! First of all my order is in August was only delivered now and because I was away for a week I missed the 7 DAY RETURN period. Which is crazy short anyway but having backwards and forwards they won’t even give me a credit note for something that is way too small! Very disappointed. I would have been a very good customer if they had better customer service. Beware of buying!!
My new glasses are fab! Great quality and the lens is the best I’ve ever experienced. The reason I gave four stars is the fast delivery at extra charge is very misleading - the glasses took three weeks and when I queried it, the company told me that express delivery only speeds up the final step so my recommendation is not to bother with express shipping!
Please think twice and definitely don’t open a Cashplus business account. Their client communication is diabolical. There was suspected fraud on my account (a loan application in Manchester when I live in london!) that I flagged to them. The net result though was MY ACCOUNT WITH A LARGE AMOUNT OF CAPITAL inside is frozen and no communication or date given for their ‘fraud review’. I cannot pay salaries and clearly the data breach was at their end!! It’s so frustrating as the ‘customer service’ people you can contact have no clue about this process.it’s three weeks now and I have submitted everything they asked for in the first 24 hours. Literally the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. They don’t deserve to be in business frankly. EDIT: after ignoring my problem for weeks, it’s amazing that Cashplus ONLY NOW contact me after this review saying ‘we’d like to help resolve’! Pathetic! Seems like These reviews really help as comoabies like Cashplus only care about new business wins and giving others honest bad publicity therefore matters!!

Absolutely shocked by how poor the customer service is now at ASOS! First of all there is only the Customer live chat option which two nights running kept me waiting 20 minutes and was laughably poor. Absolutely getting nowhere with live chat and found an email address but got a message back saying this is apparently now unattended 🤦♀️.
Made an order yesterday and bought years premium delivery subscription. Got the email confirming premium delivery and made a second order. I didn’t realise until after the order that I had been still charged another premium delivery charge on second order. Went on the really poor chat service yesterday and after 20minutes waiting was informed ‘can’t deal with it as it needs 24 hours to show up but don’t worry with the chat reference no I gave you, they will know to refund you etc’.
Called tonight with the chat reference number and an idiotic conversation followed about have I checked the cookies on my phone?!? Still no refund and I’ll have to call the live chat again!!
Marshallsgarden Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No communication at all and no delivery. Do not buy from here. Sadly only after I ordered did I read about the poor quality of their plants. Yes there is covid but other supplier are upfront about their stock levels at the time of ordering. Ridiculous way to run a business!

PayPal: you win the award for the absolute worst customer service I personally have ever experienced.
This is the second time in 5 years that my PayPal account has been hacked. Both times your customers service was bottom of the pile compared to my banks and credit card companies and eBay and apple!! Literally you shouldn’t be such a monopoly and in business!!
Finding 11 fraudulent transactions on my account on Sunday I struggled to find your customer service number, got through to someone in philllipnes or wherever who mindlessly started processing claims on each one (I was on hold for 28 minutes) then at the end informed me “well we can’t take any action as it’s up to your merchant so you’re better off calling them”. Ridiculous. When I called back the next day i spoke to the rudest woman I’ve ever seen in such a job and she too was in some offshore call centre who clearly in the wrong job!!
Disgraceful. I will be sure to let people know they cannot trust you and that there is a crying need in your industry for a better company that can be trusted and values customer opinion!

Omg I can’t believe this company!!! Sent a solid gold necklace to them to sell for gold. They call back and say “it’s silver and we will offer you £1”. I query this and she puts me on hold for 6 mins and says “well, we’ve now realised it’s actually solid 14kt gold so we offer you £40” !!! I asked them to send it back. Absolutely ridiculous!! I say, “how can you make such a huge mistake?!?! This is what you do everyday! What if I’d believed you?” She says “unfortunately these things do happen. When you queried, I put it through X-ray machine to confirm”. Shouldn’t they have done that anyway?!?! 🙄🙄🙄. Please don’t use them. They don’t deserve the business.
Please be careful about shopping with hotselly. I bought two dresses for $100. It’s been over a month but I’m not too surprised by that. Then one dress arrives - I had ordered white size medium and it’s pink size large. I email the company fully expecting an apology and a replacement or refund. We have emailed ten times at least and they say they were busy that’s why it happened and the best they can offer me is a discount on a new purchase!!! So I pay for a dress in goood faith, don’t receive the one order, they don’t want me to send this order back (because of ‘taxes and fees’) and the only solution they can offer me is a discount !!! Disgusting and unbelievable. BUYER BEWARE !!!!
