HORRIBLEEEEE

HORRIBLEEEEE! Stay away from this company. Total Scammers.

So, what they do to not pay settlements is that they issue check as payments, from USA banks.
It doesn't matter where you live in the world, they will send you a USA check to cash it somehow, even if impossible. That's what they count on, that you'll never cash the check and, therefore they don't lose money.

Okay, so I had one claim with them, first and last claim with them ever. I sent them my documents, waited 2-3 months, they sent me check in mail, I got it at home.

So, I sent them an email, "Hi , I can't cash a USA bank check, can you guys issue me a wire?" Very politely for 3 weeks I exchanged emails with them. I kept getting replies like, oh you should try to cash the check, oh why did your bank say you can't cash it? So, on.

Then things got weird. They said, Oh well if you want a wire there's a 35 USD fee to issue it. I said, "OK, charge it an issue it. Then I got the reply, " OH buy first you have to email us back the check" Are you serious? What year is this? 1980?

So I tell them, "Okay why don't you cancel the check? They say, WELL there is a fee.... "ARE YOU SERIOUS? Is this the year 1980? So, I finally lost my cold, told them, IM TIRED of this nonesense, ISSUE A WIRE and take yuor 35 USD, THATS ALL"

Okay... then one week goes by , no reply. I inquire further. And I got this reply from them. Exactly.

"Please be advised your claim has been referred to compliance & investigations. Once complete we will notify you"

WOWWWWWWWWW

I mean, I'm speechless. I mean are they for real? By the way, they already issued a EOB and issued the check, THEREFORE, They are legally liable. I'm not sure they understand that if I took them to court in the USA, they'd lose. Lol but anyways, I'm here in the UK.

Therefore, I'll take them to court here in the UK, it'll cost me zero money, they won't show up obviously. But, most likely the result of this, is that' they'll be banned from doing business in Europe.

Well done guys.

I recommend to all people who've had terrible experiences with this company, to locally start legal actions against them.
