Problems Solved

The experience was great

The experience was great, since the support received has been punctual and clear from the start till the end. I was looking for a sim card for my daugther , travelling form Eu to Canada for 5 months of school, and since the beginning, support and instruction have been clear and simple to be worked out. Everything has worked well and thus would recommend to other.

eSIM for my new phone

I need an eSIM for my new phone. I chatted with Jessa , and gave her all the information. She told me I will get a prompt message then add eSIM, I waited for all night, didn’t get done.
Tonight I chatted with Alvin, he set up eSIM very quick, I only wait for 20 minutes.
20 minutes after I didn’t get prompt message, so I chatted with Mae, he kindly guided me to download eSIM. Finally I got my number in my new phone.
I appreciate Alvin and Mae’s help very much.
