Their customer service is terrible. They don’t help you in a timely manner and you are not protected against discrimination and bad treatment from their merchants/ service providers that post the vouchers. Very poor regulation of how their customers are being treated and they defend the providers rather than their customers. Their customer service agents do not read well the situation, don’t read the background of the case before picking it up, and just send pre-made templates. The timeframes they give that they will respond in are never followed. I lost €35 to a very bad bad service providers that treated my terribly because of their slow treatment or my complaints against the provider and they refuse to refund me.

Very serious offer, very good product: Good instructions to install Office 24 and willing to help iif necessary. I now use Office 24 in 3 different languages according to my needs. Very recommendable.

Yesterday 30 January i ordered 1020483562 Microsoft Office professional plus 2024 and payed 10,79 euro.
After several trials the downloaded "exe" file doesn't work, it is not possible to do nothing. I need very much mostly 'Word", but doesn't work.

Very good service, last i tried was whwn i needed to update my drivers licence and needed medical assessment, usually it costs 30-50€ with groupin i found a discout and paid 19€.

Excellent page. The software is easy to install, they provide clear instructions to be followed. They have different options. I recommend them.

Groupon is the WORST gift card company or business to buy as a gift.

The vouchers only last exactly one year, so if you don't act quickly, you lose the voucher and its benefits.

Other companies of this type have much longer validity periods, from 2 to 3 years.

Anyway, I lost a gift voucher I received last year, and I'm going to tell my family never to buy vouchers or gift cards from this AWFUL company again.

I Buy a groupon for Dentist on Av. Argentina, Centia enterprise Sevilla. I pay for a simple treatment in 4 flings but they say my situation was complicated and I need to pay more for the treatment. I was before with another dentist that say me “you have different types of flings, someone’s simple and others complicated”. Centia don’t let me use complete my groupon.
They only did a dental cleaning and demanded more money to treat me. It's a shame to feel like they're only interested in money.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the visit even better. It was extremely easy to install and activate the product, and its the last version of Office Pro Plus LTSC, a great and nice surprise!. The only thing is that the Office that you download is the English version, but you can click on "options" and "Languages" to download directly from the app your own language interface and dictionary, so now i have a great updated product with a LEGAL "long term service channel" support at an extremely low price. I recommend it obviously.
