I ordered from Allzone on 13 November 2025. The experience that followed was weeks of stress, time-wasting, and uncertainty.
A shipping label was created with GLS, but the courier never received the parcel. No delivery ever happened. Despite this, I was repeatedly given vague updates and shifting explanations.
When I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, I was:
-Offered store credit instead of a refund
-Given no clear timeline for getting my money back
-Sent long emails full of generic wording but no concrete action
I spent hours:
-Chasing emails
-Taking screenshots
-Reading consumer advice
-Contacting my bank
-Stressing about whether I’d ever see my money again
Eventually, the only way I got my money back was by raising a Visa chargeback through my bank. Allzone later admitted they could not refund directly and told me to do a chargeback instead.
I did finally get my money back on 30th January 2026 — but only after weeks of emotional energy, admin, and anxiety. A legitimate retailer should not require customers to involve their bank to recover funds for goods that were never delivered.
I would strongly advise others to avoid Allzone unless you’re prepared for delays, unclear communication, and having to fight for your refund.

Terrible, awful company. Ordered a new phone 900 euros 28th Nov as a Christmas present. Waited until January. Always no stock. Still no phone. Finally told beginning of January that it is not possible to provide the phone. They agreed to cancel the order. But they won't refund. Because I paid by Mbway they said I have to initiate the refund through mbway. However, there is no option to do this. I have called mbway and my bank...and they both tell me that the refund can only be initiated by the merchant....which they refuse to do. Now they refuse to answer my emails, refuse to refund and refuse to provide their complaints book. They have stolen my 900 euros.....COMPLETE CRIMINALS!!!!!!!

Ordered a phone that was listed as in stock. After three weeks, the seller informed me that the item was actually not available and cancelled the order.
Instead of issuing a standard refund, they required me to initiate a bank chargeback to recover my money, which is not normal practice and shifts unnecessary work onto the customer.
I would strongly recommend to look elsewhere.

End of November2025 I ordered an Apple iPhone 17 pro Max from Allzone. It was never sent to me and Allzone recuested me to cancel the order, which I did.
Then I requested refund that newer came.
After that I ordered an Apple iPhone 17 pro using the funds on my Allzone account. It was never sent to me and Allzone requested me to cancel the order, which I did.
In the latest message Allzone requests me to wait for instructions on how I can request the refund from my bank. I have already seen that once, it does not work.
My experience is that Allzone is trying to fund its operations with customers money by selling stuff they do not have.
I wonder if Allzone has anything to say about this?
I’ll let you know if I ever get the refund!

I am writing regarding order reference 204130160, paid on 01/01/2026 by card via Redsys, in the amount of 1.286,31 €.
The delivery was initially scheduled between 05/01/2026 and 09/01/2026, however no product was delivered and no shipping confirmation was provided.
After multiple unanswered contact attempts, on 20/01/2026 I was informed by your company that the product was out of stock and that I was required to cancel the order. I cancelled the order on the same date. The order status now clearly shows “Cancelled before delivery.”
Despite this, no refund has been issued, and I have received no further response. Additionally, your website and customer account access appear to be no longer functioning correctly, further preventing any effective communication.
Under EU and Spanish consumer protection law, failure to deliver goods and failure to refund after cancellation constitutes a breach of contract.
I hereby formally request the immediate refund of 1.286,31 € to the original payment method.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will continue with a bank chargeback process and formal complaints to the relevant consumer authorities.

I had a very poor experience with Allzone.
My first order was placed in September, but the product was never delivered. After long delays, I cancelled the order. Later, I also cancelled a second order, which was never delivered either.
Allzone confirmed the cancellations, but did not refund the money to my bank cards. Instead, they kept the amounts in an internal “customer wallet” on their website and kept sending generic emails saying that the refund was “in process”.
Weeks passed with no real refund.
Only after I initiated a formal chargeback through my bank (BBVA) did anything start to move. Allzone explicitly asked me to complete the chargeback instead of processing a normal refund themselves.
In the end, the money was refunded only at the end of January, more than four months after the first order in September, and only via the bank chargeback procedure, not through a standard merchant refund.
I would strongly advise against buying from Allzone. If something goes wrong, expect long delays and be prepared to involve your bank to recover your money.

I had purchased 2 phones (one plus 13 and Samsung s25 ultra) during black Friday sales November 2025, since today 26 Jan 2026, i haven't got the delivery and one phone I had cancelled on December last , and its been nearly 1 month they haven't send me my money back.

Allzone's treatment is unacceptable. Since August 2025, they have been holding €1,036.21 from my order. I have sent numerous emails that they systematically ignore, they do not answer the phone, and they ignore me on Instagram.
They have left me without my money and without the product, forcing me to keep a "store credit" on their website that I did NOT request and which is illegal under Consumer Law. Given their silence and lack of professionalism, I have already filed a FORMAL REPORT with the National Police (Report No. 1656/26) for misappropriation of funds.
My bank and the Consumer Office (OMIC) are already aware of this fraud. I will not stop until my money is returned to my Bizum account. Other buyers be warned: if you have a problem, Allzone disappears with your money. RETURN MY MONEY NOW!

After 1.5 months of waiting that Allzone informed me thst the ordered telephone is not avaliable and proposed refund or to order another phone inspite of the fact initially ordered phone was avaliable on their web site. I chose to have a refund, but after another 2 weeks of waiting Allzone informed that they may not refund and need my bank to initiate recharge from their side. My bank was trying to contact Allzone, but one week passed and still no respond. Looks likecAllzone using all possible ways to keep my money and do not refund back. For sure I will never ever use the shop anymore.

Order cancelled but cancellation not communicated promptly to payment provider
I placed an order with Allzone.es and shortly afterwards requested a cancellation after becoming concerned about delivery issues reported by other customers.
Allzone confirmed to me by email that the order had been cancelled. However, the cancellation was not promptly or correctly updated in their system with the payment provider (SeQura). As a result, the refund process was significantly delayed, as SeQura could not complete the cancellation on their side without formal confirmation from Allzone.
This lack of coordination and follow-through caused a long and very stressful resolution process. As a customer, it was extremely frustrating to be told that an order was cancelled while, in practice, the administrative steps required to complete the refund were not handled in a timely manner.
Final update: The cancellation was eventually fully registered with the payment provider and the refund has now been completed. While I am relieved that this has been resolved, the experience highlighted serious issues with internal processes and communication with financing partners. I hope these are improved so future customers do not experience similar delays and stress.

After approximately 80 days since the purchase and 33 days since the cancellation, the refund has finally been credited to my account.
Let me be absolutely clear: this refund did not happen because of goodwill, professionalism, or customer support efficiency. It happened only after an exhausting and relentless fight that involved countless emails, repeated phone calls, and escalating pressure. And even that was not enough.
What truly made the difference — and this is the most important point of this update — was the formal criminal complaint filed with the Portuguese Public Security Police (PSP). Coincidence or not, two days after the police complaint was submitted, the money appeared in my bank account.
Draw your own conclusions.
To anyone considering buying from this store: do not do it.
To anyone currently waiting for a refund: do not give up.
And most importantly: do not rely on emails and phone calls alone. As my case clearly proves, they are not sufficient.
If you want your money back, you must formally file a police complaint. It should be treated as mandatory, not optional. This company appears to operate by holding on to customers’ money, possibly using it for high-risk capital purposes, and betting that people will eventually give up out of exhaustion.
Do not let that happen.
Write reviews. File complaints. Report this company on every possible platform. Make noise. With fraudsters and criminals, polite communication does not work — only law enforcement does.
Moral of the story:
Those who give up lose their money.

It is evident that Allzone has significant deficiencies in its internal processes, particularly with respect to order processing, deadline management, stock availability, refund handling, and coordination between customer service and other departments.
