I would give less than one star if…

I would give less than one star if possible. Items were never delivered. You have no recourse with the company, they don't answer the phone or return emails. Every week I requested a status of when the items would be delivered and they would give a date and then that date would come and go with no delivery. This went on for months. I requested a refund and they do not respond.

Broken product, no answer

They sent a broken product (moldy, broken pieces) and haven't responded to any of my emails at all asking for a refund or return. Terrible company. Do not buy anything from here.

Always Check With Trust Pilot For Online Purchase.!!!

Warning: Stay away. I ordered on Jan 9, 2026, attracted by the promise of fast EU shipping, but the item never arrived. The company uses automated 'loop' emails to avoid addressing issues and provides no track-and-trace information. You cannot reach a human being by phone or email. I had to involve my bank to get a provisional refund. Always check Trustpilot first—I learned the hard way with this company.

Got scammed

Delivery came 1 month too late. They delivered something else than what was ordered (and that thing was also broken). No response from customer service. I contacted them 8 times per email. No answer on telephone calls. No refund or delivery of the right thing i ordered. Feels like a scam.

Horrible to assemble. Not worth it

Took 3 weeks to ship and zero communication of the delay.

The assembly instructions were incorrect and unclear, failing on a simple thing as correct amount of holes in a plank.

Worst of all is the non-thought through design, asking the assembler to screw in screws in non-predrilled holes in a corner which is not reachable with a screwdriver?!?! The holes that were predrilled were not aligned, causing gaps between two surfaces that should be flush, and I had to sand down parts manually to make them fit.

Cute cupboard but the wood is soft as butter, so i bet it will be wobbly and damaged within a couple of months.

Next time I will just order from IKEA to avoid the hassle.

Don't buy from them, they are stealing money or stolen already enough and closed the business.
