I ordered a 200x200 bed. After opening the package, I discovered a metal tube was missing, making it impossible to assemble. I've emailed the company several times, but no response. Honestly, I don't know what to do with this bed... and there's nothing to sleep on, it's pointless... The customer service contact is hopeless, with no response.
