Excellent quality. The salmon pieces are much smaller than the tuna pieces . We love sashimi and will need to use one salmon piece each . The tuna was perfect size for two servings . The shrimp was absolutely delicious as well. My super chef friend said to sauté the shrimp on medium heat for three minutes on each side . After I added chopped garlic and parsley. They were perfect . My son ate 12 (!!!) shrimp as an entree.

Sounds amazing! We willl take your comment to heart and see if we can find bigger salmon pieces. For sushi and sashimi check out the Skrei - super when doing a hibbiki type ceviche and adding on sushi!

I dislike that the product is not according to the specification. 16 small pieces of cod. Not the expected 200-250 g, only 140 to < 200 g. My first order is a disaster.

Hello, thank you for the feedback! We have had this in mind when creating our new ”prova-på-lådor” and have now begun selling our fish in 1kg per product.
But its not negative to eat a lot of fish , it contains much needed vitamins and minerals for an active lifestyle :)
