There was an issue with the local danish carrier (bring) and long story short, it resulted in the order being returned to sender. I contacted customer service over the phone, at KoeningBamboe and they handled it really well, and resent my order. Very professional and good service, even when something failed the first time, and the error wasn't even theirs. Very happy with my purchase, and will definitely buy from KoeningBamboe again. Amazing experience. From the first minute I purchased the product, I was informed about the progress of the shipment. They realized by themselves that the shipment was not scanned by the courier's track and trace system. They initiated again by themselves an investigation with the courier. They informed me that it was sent by mistake by the courier to the wrong dispatching center. Finally they provided me with the courier's tracking number and today I received the product in Greece, which by the way I already assembled and looks really great. Excellent professional service. I surely do recommend Koning bamboe.

We order 5Five Freestanding Mirror - Bamboo - 160 x 41 cm. The delivery was within the expected time frame.

Seller is friendly and nice but the product (small bamboe shelf) is of extremely low quality. The bamboe parts have splinters and small chips breaking off, the metal parts bend under minimal pressure. I very much regret buying the shelf.
Ordered from Denmark. Delivery time was a bit long - I think 10-14 days, but definitely worth it. I believe I will shop on the web shop again in future.
I got the package as expected, assembling the coat rack was quite easy, how ever the coat rack survived only 3 days and 5 coats (2 fall coats and 3 hoodie). The screw holding the stick is too small, therefore it can't carry the weight of the coats. I can use the small cabinet, but the pole is now in the landfill.
Did not get the correct item, but they did give €15 discount and I keep the wrong item

Fast delivery and easy construction. The costumer service team was very helpful in sorting out shipping for me. The shoe rack and coat rack look good.
I ordered bamboo towels, which they shipped free to Germany. There was a slight delay from their supplier, which they informed me of promptly and wasn’t a problem anyway. They still arrived in only a week. They also planted 3 trees through a reforestation initiative for my order, gave me a free extra hand towel, and the towels themselves are very nice and good quality. Very pleased with my order and will order more!
