Fast delivery and good price
The product is (Nordlux DJay) is mostly satisfactory. Decent brightness and control through the app. There is a bit of buzzing in some cases but it usually goes away. The speaker is just OK.

In our case, we returned a defective item, but even a month later we still haven’t received the money back, even though they have received the defective item. About 400 euro.

It appears that the refund is being delayed with repeated assurances that the payment will be made soon. However, we have reason to believe that the funds may instead be directed toward covering outstanding debts prior to the company’s closure.

I initially had some issues with my order from this company that left me quite frustrated. One of the lights arrived damaged and another was unnecessary, so I initiated a return and claim process for the damaged item. Though the return was supposedly authorized, the return label wasn't attached to the email, and I was met with silence when I tried to reach out to customer service.

However, I'm writing this updated review to say that the company has since gone above and beyond to rectify the situation. After my original review, I was contacted by Simon Stenstrup who made sure the issues I faced were resolved. Not only did the company send out a replacement for the damaged light promptly, but they also ensured that the return process for the unneeded item was smooth and hassle-free.

As someone who works in e-commerce myself, I understand the importance of good customer service, and I'm pleased to say that this company ultimately delivered. I've changed my opinion and am now 100% satisfied with their service.

Lampemesteren claims to love its US customers on their website. I ordered a UK made lamp, the manufacturer of which makes UK, EU, and US spec versions (plug, wiring, bulb). I have a US address. Lampemesteren sent me a EU spec lamp, which will not work in the US, and then (post receipt communication with Customer Service) tells me they don't carry US spec products. Their cavalier solution, to replace the bulb and use a EU to US plug adapter, will void the manufacturer's lifetime warranty. How can you love your customer but not care about them? This is a routine story with them, based on another (12.22.22) Trust Pilot review. Lampemesteren practices the art of willful negligence and deceit, in pursuit of US sales, and covers their ass with fine print.

Hurtig levering og god information under behandling af ordren.

I have ordered an item that on the website is showing to be in stock. After a first order acknowledgement, where everything is still in stock, the same day I get an email that the items are not in stock and will be delivered two weeks later. At the same time, the website still shows that everything is in stock.
I feel that I have been deliberately misled by them. Very bad experience. The customer service was very helpful and admitted that this was not good and that they were receiving many similar calls from unhappy customers. Beware before you buy.

Made an order on a Sunday and had already delivered next Tuesday. 😍

Bought a Panthella Floor Lamp on a Black Friday sale and wanted it shipped to USA. The advertised shipping rate was 1044 DKK (about $140). Then 5 days later (after all Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals are gone everywhere) they email me and tells me that they made a mistake on the shipping and that it now would be 3192 DKK ($425) instead, more than 3 times what they advertised. They wouldn't honor their advertised shipping price and I had to cancel the order.
I could have bought the same lamp at MOHD in Italy on a Black Friday sale for over $100 cheaper than their advertised price, but because their advertised shipping cost was $300 to USA I was dumb enough to by it at Lampemesteren.dk just to be cheated by a false advertised shipping cost.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR ADVERTISED PRICES!

Great website with variety of lights to choose from. Order process is nice and easy. Service is amazing - had a need to make few changes in the order, it was handled professionally in very short period of time. Extra thanks you to Anna who was friendly and provided excellent support through the whole changes process. I'll be back when I need new lights.
