Deceptive Payment Options

LaserPecker needs to disclose that using their "pay over time" option is worse than paying with a credit card.

Usually companies offer a 0% monthly payment offer to entice buyers but LaserPecker hides the 18% interest rate when using Affirm.

Every other company where I've used Affirm has always offered 0% so I was shocked to see the 18% rate when I logged into the Affirm online account.

Since Affirm does not send statements, it's not easy to know that you're paying ridiculous interest rates - VERY UNHAPPY!

Should I have read the fine print closer = yes.

Do other companies do a much better job of highlighting FREE versus 18% = Yes

I never would have use their Affirm payment option had I noticed there was an 18% interest rate.

Excellent service! Ella addressed my specific question, checked my answers with photos to ensure she wasn't wrong, and then provided precise information. The issue was figuring out which safety goggles belonged to which laser. Fantastic and prompt service. I highly recommend Ella.

I’m having a hard time getting mine running

I’m having a hard time getting mine up and running. The instruction manual is very generic. The instructions aren’t specific to my machine and make it unclear. I’m pretty tech savvy and mechanically inclined but this thing is kicking my butt. I do think I’ll like it if I ever get it to run.
I’ve had better luck using generic Utube videos than provided instructions.

Great customer service regarding shipping questions

I recently ordered the LP4 bundle. I noticed the tracking said my shipment was canceled by the sender. I contacted support through the chat bot which connected me to Camille. She reassured me that my order was not canceled, just that label as it was being shipped in 2 boxes. She then followed up with new tracking numbers and let me know when I should receive my shipment.
