The saga of trying to return thelamp and get a refund continues. The lamp arrived in a flat pack - unassembled. Lasson Living says that I am not allowed to return a product because of 'peronal preference'. Avoid, avoid, avoid

Disappointing quality and customer service. The lamp I purchased was clearly defective. I shared photos with customer service, but after what they described as a “careful review,” they stated they could not see the problem.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Three weeks after ordering a light, I was contacted informed of a delay and given the option of a refund, which I agreed to. After several emails and phone calls which don't connect, almost three months has now elapsed and no refund and no replies. They are crooks, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Broken lights no refund
I ordered two wall lights and they weren’t working. After so many back and forth emails they said they will refund 80% of my money as it will cost them more to pay for the return and send me new light. After 6 weeks still haven’t received any money from them and they’ve stopped replying to my emails.
They ship from China, not London!
I ordered three light fittings on 23rd January. Prior to placing the order, I checked the stated delivery times, which were quoted as 5–10 days. As the website lists a London address, and as I have an electrician scheduled to install the fittings, I reasonably expected the order to arrive within that timeframe.
On 26th January I received an email stating that my order was “on its way”; however, when I clicked the tracking link, I was surprised to see that the items were being shipped from China. I contacted them immediately to request cancellation and a refund, as it was clear the order would not arrive in time. I received no response. I followed up again, and again received no reply.
The tracking page now (2nd Feb) shows the order as “in transit” (God knows where though!), leaving me with no option but to purchase replacement fittings elsewhere. I now anticipate the additional inconvenience of returning this order, something I am far from confident will be straightforward given the complete lack of customer service so far.
The failure to respond to multiple emails, combined with misleading delivery expectations, is extremely disappointing.
Avoid this company
I thought this Company was based in the UK as the website gave an address in London. This is not true their items are shipped from China if I had known this I would not have ordered. I ordered 2 indoor wall lights received one complete item and two other parts of the same product but incomplete so totally unusable in my case as I needed two the same. I then entered into a long email process and discovered they had to be returned to China the cost of which was more than the items themselves. After many emails to their customer services I finally accepted grudgingly their offer of a 50% refund , they did not want their products back which told me everything I needed to know. I have emailed several times over 2 months to get this refund which they said would take up to 12 working days. I have heard nothing since my last email in January and now do not expect to hear anything more about the refund they confirmed on at least 2 occasions was being processed and they would let me know when it was done. The products themselves were of a poor quality for the price charged and I have now had to accept that this Company is most likely a scam. Please avoid at all costs.
Why didn’t I look at the reviews before…
Why didn’t I look at the reviews before I ordered! I’ve had an uneasy feeling about them since just after ordering, something didn’t feel right. My items haven’t arrived, I’ve had two tracking emails for one of the three items and nothing for the other three. Still haven’t received anything. I tried to ring them, it’s a mobile number that isn’t in service. That tells me all I need to know about this company.
Poor customer service and nothing received

I have sent many emails and they keep saying that they are looking into it. At first they said it had been delivered, which it hadn’t.

Scam!!
I accidentally ordered the wrong voltage, sent them 6 emails before dispatch to change as correct voltage was the same costs (had no option to cancel myself) with zero response and incorrect ones have been sent. Phone number didn’t work either. Imagine this is a scam website as a front. Been getting tons of marketing emails off them but CS is non existent. AVOID!!

Absolute sham of a company - they need to be reported - they offer money back guarantees and returns on their website, but ignore you if you actually request on. Avoid avoid avoid! They cat even provide fitting instructions for their own products
I ordered an outdoor security light
I ordered an outdoor security light. It is very poor quality. The sensor cannot be adjusted it comes on and goes off at random. I will stick to uk companies with a good reputation in future
Doesn't deliver, doesn't refund
As other have said. Don't buy from Lasson Living. Partial shipped an order. Given the run around about the missing items. Then offered a partial refund. Then delay after delay getting the refund until they stopped communicating. I think they're hoping to run out the 120 day reporting deadline. They are very polite while ripping you off. If that means anything.
Ordered some wall lights
Ordered some wall lights, they wasn’t dimmable so couldn’t use them. Was asked if we would accept a percentage of the money back and credit for the store to use rather than refund them as would have cost more money shipping. Was agreed I would get my refund which wasn’t even no where near the amount we paid. Still not had a refund, an have been getting ignored since 5th Jan when I said I haven’t recieved the refund yet.

I placed my order before reading the reviews so was understandably concerned about the quality of the lights and, if required, the communication from the support team. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the lights and the communication! The only issue was my own fault as I misread the details and thought I was getting two lights and not one so I’ve placed another order!! I ordered two thinking I was getting four! If they’re exactly the same as the lights delivered today I’ll have no complaints whatsoever. Very happy with the quality, they just took a wee while to get to me that’s all.
Update… second order arrived quicker than the first!! No complaints at all. I recommend this company for sure.
No product and no refund....
I ordered the product in early December, by mid December they told me the product was not available and would i like an alternative or a refund. I asked for a refund and 4 weeks later I'm still awaiting the refund despite numerous emails. The webiste looks great, I've no idea if the products are as i've never received them.
