Excellent customer service, love the brand since i was a kid, will keep buying

Been using this brand and love the quality and fit. For a few years in the past they did not ship to the United States. Now they do. Super fast shipping and my items arrive in about three days. Fees, customs, tariffs are included in the price. Nothing is added after shipping/check-out. Highly recommend if you are not familiar with this brand.

I bought 5 shirts on June 25th 2025 from the Canadian site. The site informs potential customers of fast shipping. How about no shipping at all? On July 18th tracking showed it was out for delivery. On July 19th tracking not only showed delivered, but signed as well. The package was neither delivered nor signed for. Delivery was with SHGJ out of China. Communicating with them is a total nightmare as they take on average over 48 hours to respond. Sometimes repeated messages are required for a response.

Order Number is 20253799 in case someone from this company decides to provide some customer service. Either return my money or ship me the merchandise with a reputable courier service.

I ordered shoes that sadly didn't fit. I decided to return them. It turns out that the LeCoq team is so incompetent that they failed three return attempts and cannot provide correct labels for returns. Setting up a phone number correctly seems to be advanced mathematics for them. I strongly discourage buying anything from them.

I have to inform you that this company Le Coq Sportif not only regrets the terrible customer service, but the type of explanations given about a purchase made directly on the website and which was not fulfilled by the brand is shameful.

This situation will be duly reported and communicated both to the responsible authorities and on social media and other media as discriminatory and racist without any consideration for me, obviously because I am not a French citizen. Certainly, if I were a French citizen, this company Le Coq Sportif would not have this type of response and disregard in my treatment as a customer.

The email that was sent to me the day before the delivery date without any reference to the order number and informing that they were not going to send the order was regrettable to say the least. Le Coq Sportif doesn't just not send the order, they still keep the customer's money for another eight to ten days.

It is no longer enough that they acted the way they did, they still keep the customers' money for another eight to ten days, which is unbelievable to say the least.

This Le Coq Sportif brand appears to be much more of a fraudulent company than a respectful brand.

I never thought that a brand with an image like that could be and act like this, regrettable.

Je dois vous informer que cette société Le Coq Sportif regrette non seulement le service client épouvantable, mais le type d'explications données sur un achat effectué directement sur le site et qui n'a pas été respecté par la marque est honteux.

Cette situation sera dûment signalée et communiquée tant aux autorités responsables que sur les réseaux sociaux et autres médias comme discriminatoire et raciste sans aucune considération pour moi, évidemment car je ne suis pas citoyen français. Certes, si j'étais citoyen français, cette société Le Coq Sportif n'aurait pas ce type de réponse et de mépris dans mon traitement de client.

Le mail qui m'a été envoyé la veille de la date de livraison sans aucune référence au numéro de commande et m'informant qu'ils n'allaient pas envoyer la commande était pour le moins regrettable, Coq Sportif n'envoie pas simplement la commande, il l'envoie. conservez toujours l'argent du client pendant encore huit à dix jours.

Il ne suffit plus qu'ils aient agi comme ils l'ont fait, ils conservent encore l'argent des clients pendant encore huit à dix jours, ce qui est pour le moins incroyable.

Cette marque Le Coq Sportif apparaît comme étant bien plus une entreprise frauduleuse qu'une marque respectueuse, je n'aurais jamais pensé qu'une marque avec une telle image puisse être et agir ainsi, regrettable.
