Due to the company incorrectly naming the business bank account, I reported the company for fraud, as I didn't recognise the payment.
Which the bank after a full invest
igation, refunded me the amount.
During Calls/Texts/Emailing after me being refunded, the company said they didn't know they had 'that setting' for a different bank name details.
I offered to repay the amount, but that wasn't good enough, and was told to phone my bank.
This is the full email:
'You need to understand that we will ultimately likely need to take down the LickiMat UK website as we have been labeled a fraudulent website by you.
Offering to make payment is irrelevant, as your actions and the reporting of LickiMat UK has significant ripples that may impact all LickiMat UK customers. You may well say that this is all our fault, but you can help by contacting your bank to fix this.
As advised, we are left with few options in dealing with this matter. It is a serious matter for us and our other customers. If you did contact your bank through the same mechanism you used to call us fraudulent, it would likely help. We have spent hours trying to fix this.

Which the bank has taken as threatening, as this is a tactic used to get further money out customers.
As all I should have been required to do is pay the original amount. I was also told it is not true that a whole website has to be closed for a individual case.
I have issued this incase others have are also in this situation.
