The team at Listkit, are extremely knowledgeable, the system is efficient, the database is robust. I have worked with ListKit on multiple campaigns and I love the integration between targeting and the mailbox management. Trying to do this alone with separate systems is daunting, and then amplifying your reach with 15 domains- no other system can match what Listkit is doing in their DFY process. I just want to get on calls and do my thing, I dont want to be a cold outreach expert. I want to be clear about my offer, my audience, and my CTA (in my voice). Listkit is exactly the right team and process for me to maintain 100% up time on my outreach without me getting in my own way.

They continue to not only provide incredible levels of support via slack/email, but also are always adding more features. Really appreciate the intuitive UX of the platform, very helpful in allowing users to get the most out of all the features! Highly recommend anyone running campaigns use it... compared to apollo, full enrich, lusha and some of the other platforms we've used: extremely easy to set up, more cost effective and just much more intuitive. I have been using these guys for about 6 months now and the delivery is fantastic. Yasir and Mo have been great with answering any and all questions I have had. Most importantly, the emails deliver. If you want to do email marketing without driving yourself crazy, these guys are it.

Horrible filters, I am happy, I started with their lowest monthly plans. Many of the URLs are wrong or not-existent. The intent was also useless. Begin with their monthly plans and check carefully as the list is not accurate

Listkit has been a great tool for building targeted lead lists quickly and accurately. The platform is easy to use, and the data quality has been solid for our outreach needs. Before ListKit, our outreach relied heavily on cold calls. We tested multiple email tools, many of which had inconsistent deliverability and frequent technical issues. ListKit allowed us to shift to an outreach model where prospects move directly from cold email to website engagement. In our line of work, we support businesses with class action settlements, and this is a major upside. It allows us to actually focus on the interested parties instead of looking for them.

Their list-building platform is clean, easy to navigate, and consistently updated with accurate contact information. The “Done-For-You” setup is straightforward and practical, integrations are easy to work with, and deliverability has remained strong across all of our campaigns without the need for constant troubleshooting. Email warming and technical maintenance are handled in a way that actually scales.

We have consistently seen 100+ new client engagements and roughly a 15–25% increase in business per each campaign, without requiring callbacks or heavy manual intervention. ListKit really does feel like the full package when it comes to email marketing.

Another aspect that truly sets ListKit apart is their hands on customer service experience. Their team stays engaged, remembers context, and provides proactive support to me and my team on a regular basis; which makes a real difference when you are running multiple campaigns at once.

There has never been any pressure, no surprise upsells, and no disruption to our existing systems...not one negative experience have I had with ListKit. In a space where failed promises are common, they deliver with consistency and reliability.

The frontend is clear, the functionalities work very well, especially the visualization tool and intent data. good service, helpful team. I see the features improve over the time which is also nice. No problem with low quality leads or bouce rates, all is well.

I highly recommend you avoid Listkit's "done-for-you" services. The people assigned to our campaigns were lazy and took 3 weeks to respond to an email.

Last night, I had an excellent 1:1 lead generation strategy session with Majd Azzam from ListKit, and it was genuinely one of the most valuable GTM enablement calls I’ve had in a long time.

Majd provided deep, hands-on training on how to correctly use ListKit’s AI search and advanced filters to build high-quality, ICP-aligned lead lists — specifically tailored for my RetainIQ MVP primary ICP.

What stood out most was:
- The clarity of the filter sequencing logic
- The technical depth behind each step
- The practical breakdown of company-first vs people-first discovery
- How to avoid common pitfalls that collapse lead volume or degrade signal

Throughout the session, Majd answered every question patiently, explained ListKit’s internal lead discovery mechanics in detail, and helped me translate ICP strategy directly into actionable GTM execution.

Honestly, ListKit has been extremely intuitive and easy to use for me. The leads are verified and high-quality and they’ve got this new AI feature that makes your targeting even better. I’ve tried many platforms and most of them make this whole process complicated for no reason. Also, you usually need to use other tools with those other platforms which makes it even more confusing for many people.

If you’re on the fence and still want to confirm that they have the type of leads you’re looking for, you can watch some YouTube videos and you’ll see that this is not some new BS and trending database.

For the people that already use other platforms, my reply rate has been high consistently with a low bounce rate as well.

P.S. the customer support team is awesome and will help you quickly if you have any issues

As a startup, we were intrigued by the platform. They worked with us to determine how this tool can help us find qualified leads and grow the business. So far, so good.

My guess is that this product might work if you are running a heavy upfront discount or giveaway, but I also found serious issues with their data quality, which strongly suggests that their deliverability claims are not authentic.

I was very clear before signing that I could not offer a discount. I raised this concern explicitly, and they assured me they would help craft a winning campaign anyway.

That never happened.

Over the course of several months, they were supposed to revise the email copy to improve performance. The turnaround was painfully slow, feedback was repeatedly ignored, and constant staff turnover meant I never got consistent guidance. I often had to re-explain the same context over and over again.

One of the main reasons I chose Listkit was for campaign strategy and diagnostic support if results were poor. Instead, the reps assigned to me were so inexperienced that they couldn’t interpret basic campaign performance. Everything had to be “escalated,” and follow-up almost never happened. I had at least one support ticket where I followed up six times before getting a response.

When I finally did get feedback, it was contradictory and ineffective.

The most concerning issue was lead quality. I tested their data using Instantly, and the bounce rate was so high that my campaign was automatically shut off. That tells me their data quality is not aligned with real-world deliverability standards.

If you do have a strong promotional offer, you might see some results. But even then, it is far more cost-effective to:

-Buy email data directly
-Use Instantly or a similar tool
-Build and manage campaigns yourself

Doing it with Instantly costs roughly 20% of what Listkit charges, with more control and better transparency.

I would not recommend this product unless you are heavily discount-driven and willing to navigate inconsistent support and questionable data quality.

ListKit is a compelling idea, and conceptually a platform I wanted to work. I’ve used several cold outreach tools and was excited by the promise of an all-in-one solution.

Unfortunately, our experience did not align with how the platform is positioned.

We worked with ListKit for nearly four months, paid $2,800 in fees, and sent roughly 25,000 emails through the platform, receiving only a single positive response. Photo evidence of results would accompany this review.

Our sales process was led by Steve. During the engagement, we escalated concerns and worked directly with ListKit leadership, including Logan and François, and on execution with Walid and Rahim.

We are experienced business operators and understand that ListKit does not promise leads or clients. However, basic platform reliability, deliverability, and service follow-through are reasonable expectations.

We flagged deliverability concerns repeatedly after observing ListKit campaign emails landing in spam for internal recipients, even after being marked as safe. We were told backend changes were made, but no explanation was provided and results did not improve. As a result, we lost time, momentum, and effectively burned domains we were instructed to purchase.

As a benchmark, we conducted manual cold outreach outside of ListKit using similar messaging and audiences and achieved meaningfully better engagement, indicating the ListKit results were an aberration rather than a strategy issue.

Average response times from ListKit were approximately 5–6 days despite explicit requests for 24-hour responses, making effective collaboration difficult and slowing even basic execution.

While leadership initially engaged, onboarding felt rushed, support became increasingly productized, and responses to ongoing concerns ultimately stalled.

We formally requested a refund based on the facts above; this request was denied by Lincoln, citing the agreement terms rather than the documented performance issues.

Based on our experience and a review of ListKit’s public responses to other customer feedback, I would expect any response to this review to follow a similarly defensive posture rather than engage directly with the substance of the issues raised. That mirrors the tone we experienced during the engagement. I’ll leave it to the experienced business leader reading this to evaluate the facts presented here and decide whether to proceed accordingly.

ListKit may work in certain scenarios, but our experience did not reflect the reliability or performance implied by the product’s positioning.
