STAY AWAY from this company. There are other data and cold email providers. Their platform is okay, but they will charge your card over and over, double paying each month, and their customer support will not do anything about it. They don't care about their customers, retention or their success.
They stole thousands of dollars from me. I'm having to fight the charges with my bank as their customer support is worthless.
Give your hard earned money to another company, these guys are crooks!

Hey Zachary! I just spoke with the team and it looks like you wanted to add a 2nd subscription for a whitelabel customer - hence the double billing (you requested another subscription for a client of yours to run cold email for them).
This happened shortly after you signed up for your own quarterly plan, and you were billed for that 2nd subscription.
Regardless of whether this was a miscommunication or not, you initated a chargeback before our support team could even issue you a refund (which they were in the process of doing).
In terms of your campaigns, you got 2 leads from your first campaign and only followed up with these leads 1 time. Warm leads need to be nurtured with at LEAST 5-6 touchpoints if you want a high likelihood of booking them in for a demo.
For example, a prospect replied:
"Hi Zack,
Yes, do send me the demo, and pricing too."
This is by all means a warm lead - yet you only responded once, didn't ask them for a good date + time for a call, and never followed up.
Then, after the first month it appears you took over with your own scripts, which produced exactly zero results.
If you put as much effort into following up with warm leads as you did into disputing your payment, which was in the process of being refunded, perhaps you could've booked a meeting and signed your first client from the campaign.

The quality of their pitch directly suggests that their “service” is an afterthought. If you want to give your money to wannabe Wolfs of Wall Street, go ahead and pay for their package. Or, spend an hour educating yourself and you can do what they “offer” for a tenth the cost yet ten times higher quality.
I called them out on these red flags, and their goofball Theo replied “Dollars to donuts we make more $ than you”. This clearly shows ListKit is just a sales organization that takes no pride in the quality of their service, because there service has no value quality.

It looks like you opted in to learn more about our cold email services, then received the usual text that we send to everyone who opts into our sales funnel.
Rather than politely saying no thank you, you used rude and abrasive language "The 'cold email guy' doesn't know how to respond. Lmao"
Theo then matched your tonality, to which you insulted him and used explitives: "you stupid uneducated f**k"
We have never even worked with you at ListKit, so to see a 1-star review of our company from you is quite confusing.
For what it's worth, it's literally impossible to run cold email campaigns at 1/10th the cost of our services.
After paying for inboxes, domains, leads, and a sending tool, and writing your own cold email copy, you'd pay about 80% of the cost you can just pay us to do the entire process for you.

I regret spending $1,500 – I wouldn’t work with them again
I invested $1,500 in their done‑for‑you cold email campaign and deeply regret it. The results were extremely poor, and I felt pressured into buying after being told the price would increase the next day – only to find out months later that it was still $1,500. That felt misleading.
When I raised my concerns in Slack, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to fix things, I was essentially blamed and told the campaign failed because my offer “wasn’t suitable” for cold email. They had no problem taking my money, tho and selling me initially.
The quality of the emails and the supposedly “triple‑verified” contacts was far below what I expected and actually hurt my campaigns instead of helping them.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to work with this company. The combination of poor performance, pressure‑based sales tactics, and lack of accountability made this one of the worst business investments I’ve made.
EDIT - I reached out to them at the email on their reply 2 times, and actually sent one to Lewis before their response. I have not heard anything back... no one has even read my email based on my tracking. Beware of this organization.

I have been in business for nine years. I have a great offer with a high close rate. I've also sent cold emails before with a good success rate but much smaller scale. I hired listkit from a Facebook ad to help with scaling up. It's been a huge disappointment. I gave full control to them on all aspects, most importantly verifying my leads and email copy. Not only was the response rate dismal, but they no showed on two zoom support calls. Two. Avoid at all costs and ignore their response to this review if they try to defend themselves. I have a great offer, the list was verified by them and they wrote the email copy. Edit based on their response: I was unaware that calls were recorded, that's scary. To be clear, my positive response rate was higher doing it myself than using Listkit. I was not happy with my response rate and they said they could do better. My positive response rate was .0004 with them, way below what they said they would do, below industry averages per many sources and below what I have achieved in the past. Yeah I thought I wasn't doing well initially on my own, but per them, I was doing great! Exceptionally better than using their "expertise." They made a lot of promises and did not deliver. That's the bottom line. I also had two separate individuals no show on support calls, not just one. They say no-shows don't happen but it happened twice with me from two separate individuals. They are claiming just one no-show is a first ever. I find that extremely hard to believe. They are very good at review responses. I can assure you my review is very accurate

Here's an exact quote from what you said on our initial sales call:
"I have instantly. I have zero bounce. I bought a million email addresses from a vendor that turned out to be pretty good, surprisingly enough. But I'm only able to send out 200 emails a day. My response rate has been shi**y. It's been terrible. You know, I was. I was hoping for at least a half of 1% positive response rate. It hasn't been there. The volume isn't enough and the response rate isn't enough. Basically, that's why I reached out to you guys."
So, your response rate has never been good, and you've never had success with cold email in the first place. Your close rate on warm, inbound traffic is obviously not going to be the same with cold traffic.
In terms of somebody no showing you, yes, that did happen, and we just fired him. Really unfortunate that happened and we apologize for that. You're the first it's happened to.

This is NOT TRUE. You DO NOT need to book a call to cancel. There's a cancel button directly inside the app that IMMEDIATELY cancels your plan. If you were asked to book a call, it's because you were asking for a refund for credits you already used.
