I hired Logowebsolutions for website development, hosting, content creation, and ongoing support. Over time, I paid approximately $4,000 based on promises of professional management, reliability, and long-term partnership.

Instead, my experience was extremely damaging to my business.

I paid over $1,000 for “professional” SEO and website content that later caused my site to be flagged by Google, Bing, ScamAdvisor, ScamDetector, and other platforms. My site lost credibility, ad access, and platform access. When I raised concerns, I was told this was my fault because I had “approved” the content — despite hiring them specifically for their expertise.

My website was hosted on a shared server with extremely limited storage (about 30GB) alongside multiple other client sites. Over time, disk usage exceeded 100%, causing the website and database to crash. This was confirmed by their own screenshots and messages. There was no proactive monitoring, warning, or maintenance provided before the failure.

I was never given full administrative access to my hosting environment. As a result, I was dependent on them for basic troubleshooting, backups, and maintenance. When problems occurred, I was told I needed to purchase additional “maintenance plans” instead of receiving proper support for issues caused by poor infrastructure management.

When my website was down, I was repeatedly told they could not investigate or take responsibility without additional paid services. At the same time, they stated that shared hosting limitations and storage exhaustion were the cause — conditions fully within their control.

I was also informed that multiple client websites were hosted together, creating security and performance risks. Despite this, no corrective action was taken unless I agreed to pay more.

After suffering major reputation damage, I personally spent months cleaning up the content, rebuilding SEO, restoring trust signals, and repairing my business image. My trust score eventually reached 96 — through my own work, not theirs.

Throughout this process, responsibility was consistently shifted onto me, despite their control over hosting, infrastructure, content, and technical management. Refunds were refused, and previous mistakes were not credited toward future services.

Based on my experience, this company failed to provide the professional services, transparency, and accountability that were promised. I strongly advise other business owners to proceed with extreme caution and ensure they retain full control over their domain, hosting, and content at all times.

They created a logo for us that was amazing!!! The whole process was a breeze and I definitely will be doing business with them in the future.

The process to finalize the work was not initially clear and I worked with the lead to clarify and set expectations. The process has been frustrating and unsuccessful. They have not produced the services and outcome that they advertised. They ask for information, are provided with very specific details/requests and produce something that is not at all what was asked for. Multiple times. The logos and designs appear to be created with AI or from templates. They do not have timely responses and need numerous reminders. Twice I have expressed that we do not want to continue and to provide a refund, being as they advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee. However, they are not responding at all anymore. We are four months in and have only gotten as far as one logo design. 0 out of 10. do not recommend.

The website is great so far, still waiting for a detail with the contact email to be sorted which I’m sure Brandon, who has been awesome so far in helping me set this website up, will get it taken care of.

Total scam. Its been five weeks and they still don't have a landing page. I keep making suggestions and they repeatedly tell me to just approve the basic design and they will make the changes later. In the refund policy it state if at any time you approve a design you forfeit all your money. Don't fall for the scam.
