Steve was my agent I worked with and he went out of his way to help me tremendously !! I asked for a logo only , but He went above and beyond and created a whole new website for my company and more ! I recommend this company and Steve !

This does not appear to be a legitimate company based on my experience.

I purchased an “Elite Website Build” from ProDesigners Agency for $995. Within two hours of purchase, I researched the company further and identified multiple red flags. Based on what I found, I cancelled the service immediately and contacted the company to request a refund.

The company claimed it had 200 people working for the agency. However, when I researched the business address they provided, I found that the same address was registered to multiple unrelated companies, which contradicted how the business represented itself.

Shortly after the purchase, I received a phone call where the caller ID showed the name “Henry Lee,” and the call originated from China. During the call, the individual stated that his name was “Henry Maslow” and presented himself as calling from the United States. This inconsistency raised serious concerns about misrepresentation.

After cancelling the service, I received one email stating that a refund would be issued within 48 hours. No refund was ever processed, and after that email the company stopped communicating entirely. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank because the promised refund was never issued.

Based on my experience, the misleading claims about the company, the questionable business address, inconsistent identities, and failure to issue a refund after immediate cancellation make this an unreliable and high-risk vendor. I would strongly caution others before doing business with this company.

So I just recently received my stationary prints and I have to say Scott and his team did an amazing job I can't wait to start making prints and playing with some color schemes and really make them pop. Thank you so much

I had my doubts working with another designing company until now. Pro Designers Agency does excellent work.
I was impressed by the number of mock drafts for my original logo concept. Even after I changed the concept, they were able to hit it dead on. Brandon McAlister and David Watson are the new Batman and Robin.

Don't waste your time with this agency!

It has been four weeks since the project commenced with Pro Designers Agency. This has been the most challenging experience I have encountered. During the first week, I communicated with Andrew, a sales representative who made numerous promising assurances regarding my project. However, I was subsequently assigned a representative named Edward, who assisted me in initiating the website development. The first week proceeded satisfactorily; he presented two layout designs and asked for my preference. I informed them of my preference for using the site builder Divi instead of Elementor, which he declined. He stated, "It would be easier for me to use Elementor instead of Divi." I found this response to be unacceptable. He advised that if I was dissatisfied with the work, I should contact the billing team via email. Which I did, and they not refunded or get back to me still waiting until today 11/9/2025.

Don't waste your time with this agency!

I worked with Brandon McAlister to make a logo for my dog breeding business. He did a great job was very patient with me going back-and-forth until I had the perfect logo. I was so happy that I went ahead and had him make a logo for my petting farm. And together we created a wonderful logo for Grammy's petting farm. I would highly recommend working with Brandon and they will be my go to for all my needs in the future.

I loved the personal service I received from my project manager Steve. It was great to be able to dialogue with him over the designs. After a few rough drafts we arrived at a very vibrant and poignant logo for my son's business. The logo design captured his personality and the intent of the business and rolled it into a beautiful logo design!!!
