I will fully admit I was a little concerned as I had not dealt with this store before and I was purchasing a imperfect doll from the funwest doll line which I have never done before. But I have been fully convinced, the doll is wonderful with hardly any damage at all, ots actually so insanely small in inperfections its practically non existent, I received her quickly within 7 days when they shipped her. Whole process took 10 days. Not bad at all. The box was very nicely reinforced with wood inside to keep it strong and safe. The staff was very helpful and informative for all my inquiries which very much surprised me I admit but they have done it. I know a fan and I will continue to shop from them from now on. They have a great range of dolls from several brands. 😃.

They were super helpful! They answered my question quickly and even sent me factory photos of the product. It took about 7 days to get what I ordered too. I was skeptical about this site. But they really surprised me. I would 100% buy from them again. They have great prices for great products

The company constantly updates the order status from payment completion to shipment. It does give me the ease of mind knowing that the order is coming through.

I cannot write enough how impressed I'm with this company. If are 10 stars out of a possible 5 stars! They how constantly worked with my ever demanding requests constantly and I have ordered quite a few of their products obviously I'm very satisfied with their products and especially their customer service which is 5 stars excellent! They are now my one stop shopping for future products because if I am interested in something they have it or can get it for me and importantly they are ready to customize it for me. I'm extremely pleased with the costumer service provided by Mailovedoll. Since I live in Brazil it is a very difficult process to acquire and import a doll. But even so, Mailovedoll accepted the challenged, helping and supporting me for 2 weeks in an arduous process, really putting in the effort and sending emails everyday to get the process going. The doll and its articulations were outstanding.

Communication was good, quickly sorting out details from the factory photos such as eyes. She arrived with quite a few care accessories, the storage hook was especially helpful to sort out an issue with the courier having stood the very clearly Lay Flat box on it's end.
Overall a very good experience, and would not hesitate to buy from Mailovedoll again.

I purchased the doll after seeing other people’s reviews! After I experienced it, I realized that it was really worth the money. For me, it opened up a new horizon. And the price is also very beautiful. The Valentine's Day event is really good. I greatly praise the customer service team who work hard behind the scenes.

It's nearly as good as the original. It will survive for a long time if it is kept dry, clean, lubricated, and powdered. Both openings have a realistic chance of penetration. She feels fantastic-tight and soft! The back will inevitably be more constrained than the front. If you apply the right quantity of lubricant, you'll be going back for more!

At first it was amazing. But quickly realized how hard it is going to maintain it. Its really heavy, so hard to manuever. And the texture is nice, but it is sticky when wet water, which makes it dirty really fast. There are dirt stains im assuming came from the shower because i have no other way of washing it. Also, cleaning the inside is sort of pain.

Product feels good and very lifelike but getting it ready to use can be a lot of effort not to mention cleaning afterward, both holes are very tight which can make it awkward at times, overall it's alright

Nothing wrong with it unfortunately just not my cup of tea but really personal preference is all that's prob. Very soft mat need a but more friction and tight but not necess a bad thing.
