For first time buyers, I would definitely say it’s best to start here. Initially I was worried on how discrete the shipping would be, but now that I’ve bought from them 4 different times, I can officially say that I can completely trust in them handling my privacy, and I live with 6 others. Not only does it hide what you bought from your banks, but also from the people delivering the package. 10/10 would buy again.

All the items come quick and with proper packaging.

I have spent literally months looking for a amazing but reasonable priced sex doll that doesn't cost over one thousand dollars and the kyo plush dolls are the best sex dolls you can buy however you do have to do research on what proper Fleshlight/onahole to buy with it so it can fit inside the doll but onahole already sells those on their website as well

Incredibly simple to use website, a glorious collection of fun and interesting toys and experiences.
My first purchase was done essentially on a dare but now I'm having a great time trying out new toys, a whole different world of pleasure has opened up!

Overall, I feel like this is a fun site and the toys I've gotten have been pretty nice. I do love the letters I get every so often as well, kind of a nice way of connecting with customers. Preview something possibly fun.

Good product offerings, good upfront details abouf products, discreet shipping and best of all; great customer service. Any question I had during the process was promptly answered and the support representatives did not disappoint! Also the products in action are great.

The website is easy to navigate, kept up-to-date, and they offer a variety of toys ranging from pocket change to long term investments. They're also very discreet with shipping. Would recommend this site to anyone interested in this sort of stuff, especially if they're dissuaded by the domestic selection.

Great products. Bought a products from them earlier this month and was very please with the enjoyment I received from it. I will be getting from them again in the near future.

Communication was great and for all the issues there were with logistics, it was real fast too. Packaging was discreet which is very much appreciated, just an overall great vendor to work with.

Before you see the 1 star and write it off, they have multiple toys at 29.95 when their minimum order value is $30. They don't factor in tax.

On TOP of this they have MANIPULATED reviews. For starters they don't require reviews from verified buyers. That should be telling. You'll see MANY unverified reviews that are 5 stars from "Anon" or "keyboard spam" that never go into detail. They'll also add UK reviews to BOOST items. Keep in mind they are separate sites with supposedly separate reviews. But Onahole.com has UK reviews even though this is impossible. Go to the UK site and there are ZERO non-international reviews. So a review from Anonymous in the UK that isn't even on the UK site is on the US site?????

The name of "Onahole".com shouldn't be used by a company that has ZERO onaholes to offer outside of their own brands. It's like going to Walmart for the wide selection they advertise but they only sold their Great Value products. They go out of their way to rip off other onahole brands with their designs, while having the least consumer friendly options in everything they do. This site is useless if you actually want to get into the Onahole hobby. It lacks everything that makes onaholes interesting. It even lacks any onaholes that aren't made by the owners. On their parent site Motsutoys they show their true colors, having their toys as the same price as this website while buffing up the prices of ACTUAL Onaholes to extreme lengths. They overprice their competition and don't even offer that competition in the US. They lie by saying their home brands are authentically Japanese onaholes and their prices prove that.

So they only sell products from XTC Japan, Seiraku Toys, or mass produced Chinese toys rebranded to fit their aesthetic. The first two are their own companies and the latter can be bought anywhere. This might be acceptable if they made that transparent, but nowhere on their website do they say this. They continue selling products that have subpar art and stolen gimmicks. Most of their art is trashy when held up to the same scrutiny as brands such as Magic Eyes, EXE, or Ride Japan. Though this is mostly subjective. What about the pricing?

Their price points are extortionate. There is only ONE toy at the $20 mark and the rest re at MINIMUM $29.95. The minimum ORDER PRICE is $30 and they have the audacity TO HAVE EVERY $30 TOY COST FIVE CENTS LESS TO MAKE YOU BUY MORE. The actual Onahole market in Japan has hundreds of options from $1-29, even other US sites have many options at this range. On top of this they aggressively market their hip/torso toys that are some of the most mundane in the market. Everything they do is extremely samey and safe, even their outlandish gimmick toys. So you have to spend a lot, what about quality of life options?

They go out of their way to make everything inconvenient. Though there's one grave offender. They don't care to have a free shipping option at any price spent. I get it, shipping is expensive. But if I spend $200 in mostly smaller things it should make sense to not have to pay for shipping. Pretty much every major site that sells anything offers free shipping. At the very least they don't charge $20 on items that don't even cost half that price to ship. If you make me spend a MINIMUM of $30, that tells me that anything less wouldn't be worth it to ship in your minds. So why can't you balance it out and give free shipping at say $75 like your much better competitor?

From an objective stance, free shipping is great. It incentivizes people to buy a minimum dollar amount in turn for not having to pay shipping. This means higher value orders, which they already do get because of the lack of budget friendly options. They have the benefit of selling their own products for prices they decide but apparently that's not enough to offer free shipping. Keep in mind this is not a start up company, they are an offshoot of the biggest European Onahole seller Motsutoys. So you already have expensive orders, and you tack on shipping fees on every order. This means that necessary things like buying lube or replacing a toy will never be convenient.

Hail Mary argument, "It's expensive, that's why!", and okay. Maybe they're the ONLY US based Onahole store that couldn't make it work. Then don't lie about everything you do. I get that brands have to market themselves but they steal designs and sell them as their own. They took the most popular Japanese Onahole lube, the Onatsuyu, and made the ripoff Onaeki at the SAME price. They send toys to reviewers and host great sales, they show that they CAN afford to give free shipping and not drop their toys values by 5 cents just so that you have to spend more. They do all of these things to still be subpar without these issues.

Overpriced, requires a purchase minimum, and does not have discreet shipping. At least on my shipment the name of the company was very clearly seen on the shipping label. Won’t order from again.

The quality of the items on this site are amazing good materials shipping are honest to date u can tell there dedication on there items no other page selling the quality as this one the staff and team must be proud of their self i will continue to purchase and i do recommen this site to alot of people

Good customer service experience, frequent deals. Just learned about them recently and already made a purchase, will do so again in the future. Selection could be a bit bigger and a few items out of stock when I last checked, but certainly not a deal breaker.

The product I got wasn’t designed for larger guys it caused me more pain then pleasure when I messaged them about it they gave me $9.99 back

I really enjoy the descriptions of products you can purchase on here and ways you can use them. Everything about the website is User friendly and is encouraging for you to choose something to buy that best fits your needs. However issues may arise in terms of shipping especially depending on the items you purchase. As of my recent order I had purchased three items in which only one came and the other items that were shipped separately came in with nothing but scraps, it is unknown as to how or why this occurred, but i am unsure if you’ll have the best customer service experience in terms of getting a replacement or refund for items that went missing. As for Products that do arrive, it is worth your while and lives up to the advertisements at least in my opinion.

Excellent selection of men’s care products from Japan! They also have great cleaning products! Best of all shipping is cheap because they ship from the US when compared to other sites based in Japan. Happy to do business with again.

Any issues customer support has resolved quickly. The products are unique and up to date. The page is well managed and recently had a fun scavenger hunt event which had some great prizes from discounts to free items. I never thought I’d be a regular or make multiple purchases from a site like this, but I’m a fan!

I bought basically $100 Worth of stuff since they don't ship any product under $50 not adding tax which would make most purchases near $60 but am happy with what I bought but my 2nd package didn't arrive and got returned to the seller and sent back to me still haven't received it yet from writing this review but that's UPS and not the seller but there customer service is good and responsive
so yeah I like it.
