Ordered 12/9/2025, supposed to arrive in 2-8 days. Has had my money for 59 days. Package lost, new one sent. Customer service never answered questions. Felt like it was communication with a computer. Asked for refund a minimum of 3 times before new package shipped, never honored. Responded when I filed dispute with credit card company. Save yourself grief.
Watch out for this scam! This is how they play: the item they send is different and cheap cheap compared to the picture they have on website. Then you will want to refund. They will discourage you by sending international shipping address to italy where you will be paying for the shipping. If you ship it anyway, they will deny receiving the item and won't refund your money.
The credit card company is the only hope to receive my money back!

I would never buy from this store. They sent a jacket that was too small. I notified them and they gave me a return request number within the 2 week return period but never sent me a return address. I requested an address several times. I heard from them after the 2 week return period telling me I cannot return it because it is outside the 2 week return period. They did not want the jacket back
I ordered two jackets (size 2XL) for £62.40, but when they arrived, they were far too small (?mislabelled). Other jackets/clothes I have from other suppliers in size 2XL fit perfectly.
Following very detailed instructions, I returned them (P&P cost £15.85), but had to send them to an address in Italy because they do not have a UK depot! After two weeks, tracking info. on the Royal Mail website showed they had not been accepted there and were on their way back to me! As at 12/01/26, they have not arrived; Marcus Store don't know where they are; and I still haven't received a refund! Very poor!!
I had ordered two Jackets from the Marcus Store during the past holiday season and somewhere along the way in transit/delivery - it disappeared!
I reached out to the customer service rep - "David" in my case, and he was very helpful, we stayed in constant contact via email and after coming to the conclusion that the jackets had gotten lost, the Marcus Store sent out a new shipment of my jackets that I ordered! Wow!! What a company - in a world where it seems that everyone is quick to blame it on the next guy, tell you to reach out to this person or that person and just beat around the bush until there's no solution to the problem but to just give up and take it as a loss - David representing the Marcus Store was present, kept me updated, and I got my Jackets!
I love mine and the other was a present to my brother, they fit true to the size, and the style is awesome with the plaid liner
I gotta say that as an average customer - I feel heard and accounted for, David and the Marcus Store really did right by me and for that reason I felt it absolutely necessary to let anyone considering a purchase from this company know that this is a business that appreciates their customers and does the right thing to assure satisfaction, an Absolute A+

I ordered a few items several (about three) weeks ago and still have not received them. I was told by David N, (probably a bot) when I complained and got some generic reply. Do NOT do business with this company. Use a credit card if you do so you can stop payment. This company does not do business honestly, nor do they care one bit about customer satisfaction. They get as many bad reviews as they do good, now I know why.
I ordered 2 Jackets on December 17 and received them on the 30th. Very quick considering they were coming from overseas. The company kept me updated throughout the shipping process. I did reach out to them one time as the shipping information seemed to pause. The company reached out that same afternoon saying they would check on process, the next day the jackets were delivered and the shipping information was updated. The jackets were wrapped very nicely and both jackets are exactly as described as their website. I am very pleased with company.
Good marketing, however low quality product line. Sizing completely off. Non existent return policy. Big time buyer beware.

Update of December 23, 2025:
I received an email from “David N.” acknowledging that I cancelled the order but they have kept my money (US$75.00) and no indication whatsoever that they were going to ship the order (I asked them to ship it if they can deliver it in 4 days as it appears in their web site) or refund my money.
Don’t bother calling their “Customer Service”, they don’t return the calls.
I purchased a jacket from Marcus Store that was advertised in Canadian dollars, but the price switched to USD at checkout. The tracking link provided initially did not work, and it took several emails before a functioning one was sent.
The jacket I received was not true to size. I ordered a Large, but the fit was closer to a Small, with sleeves that did not reach my wrists. The internal label showed an “L” along with non‑English characters, but the sizing was significantly off.
When I attempted to return the item, I learned that I would be responsible for all return shipping costs, and the package would need to be sent from Vancouver Island to a small town in Italy. This made the return impractical and costly.
Based on my experience, the pricing, sizing accuracy, and return process were not as expected.

Horrible experience with the store!
I ordered jacket with first showing a price in Cad$, but was charged with the same number but in US$ (~45% higher!). I contacted the store right away to cancel the order (through the website messaging, e-mail and phone call). I was still told the next day the cancellation cannot be done as the goods was sent out for shipping. Strange enough the track number for shipping was never working! It is just like a scam operation!
I still haven't received my order, that I placed almost a month ago. Any response from the Marcus store or their shipping company,Falcon Express, has been from BOT written emails.

Slow delivery of my Harry tone Jacket
On arrival it was too big and poor quality, the zipper is junk.
Got the return authorization but went to the Post office and found it would cost $37 (for a $66 purchase) and that I needed to fill our customs forms.
Given all that I have seen, I have NO confidence that Marcus would refund the $66 (no responses from "Marcus") so, rather than waste $37, I will donate the coat to a local shelter. Poor quality but it may help someone stay warm
Avoid this company - they misrepresent their goods
To any potential Australian customers beware. The pricing all the way through ordering is in Australian dollars. The last click for final checkout amazingly enough goes to American dollars which would add 40% to your price. Ha, dodgy as.
The customer service, coupled with a return policy of just 14 days, is unacceptable. My wife purchased 2 jackets at the end of October for my birthday on November 22. The jackets do not fit, and they refused to return or exchange our purchase, even though it was three weeks from the original purchase and we had tried them on only once. Stay away

I ordered a Harry Stone jacket on Oct. 20,2025. On Oct.23 or 24 I went to the site of the company who does there shipping and entered the tracking # to which there was no response. I tried again the next day and again received no response. Then I noticed the tracking # could have been misread, an 8 was entered instead of a B. 0n the 27th I emailed Marcus. I explained the situation. later on the 27th I got a reply from Marcus. There had been a mix up and the team at Marcus was dealing with it. On the 29th the tracking information was available. That same late afternoon my jacket arrived. It fit perfect, looked good, and appeared very well made. The person I communicated with at Marcus was excellent and in my opinion did a great job. I would recommend Marcus to others and would buy from this company again. No regrets, just the opposite. Thank you David. Mike Slatter
