What horrible customer service they have. Honestly I used to purchase so much from them earlier, but I will never buy from them again. Imagine spending hundreds of pounds on a bag which starts tearing off and when you talk to the customer service, they say it’s not a manufacturing defect so they can’t do anything about it??? Literally of no use.

I purchased a Michael Kors bag in April last year from an official Michael Kors store in Lisbon. The purchase price was 325 €.
Although the bag has been used only a few times, it already shows clear material and workmanship issues, particularly leather damage and wear on the corners. This cannot be considered normal wear and tear.
Unfortunately, customer service has been equally disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I only received generic, seemingly automated responses, without any individual assessment or solution being offered.
As a loyal customer, I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the way this complaint has been handled.

MK have now said they will not replace or refund cost of bag... so annoyed. We will never shop in MK again...customer service is shocking

Customer support will keep giving you the same robotic replies over an over with no resolution.

Rude and unhelpful cs representatives
I ordered a necklace for my daughter's 16th birthday and it was never delivered. I called customer service 4 times, I asked the first rep (Alex) to speak to supervisor I was told that there wasn't one working. Alex became rude when asked for his last name he told me that he didn't have one. The 2nd rep was a young lady I didn't get her name but when asked for a supervisor I was transferred but no one ever answered the call. The 3rd time I called and spoke to another young man and he was even more rude then the first guy even started laughing when I explained that the necklace was a birthday gift and I need it in 2 days, so I ended the call. The 4th guy Edwin was nicer I explained the situation and he tried to help he advised me of my options (send another one or refund) I asked if the necklace could be overnight being that I need it within 2 days. He said yes but when he tried to reorder it the previous RUDE rep had submitted a refund without authorization. I have "NEVER" in my life been treated so horribly with disrespect and rudeness. And I will "NEVER" order anything else from Michael Kors.

Dod tried to help and ask to contact with supplier and raise an investigation so that they can see and help to deliver my product but the customer service from michael kors sounded very cold and did not want to help at all ..

I bought a bag on Boxing Day I bought two bags, as the sales assistant told me I could buy two and return the one I dont want u he told me it’s on sale and I could return the one I dont want as I told him I don’t need to. Now I come back on the 3rd Jan and I get told I can’t return the item only exchange I specially said I was told I was able to return or I would have just bought one and then if it wasn’t the colour she wanted would have just exchanged for the other colour. Now I was given a voucher for as a goodwill gesture but I’m still down £150 so this out just silly. Why is one employee saying one thing then another saying something else after using the voucher I don’t think I’ll be shopping at MK again first and last time, it’s just shocking honestly.
