Definitely will not be purchasing anything from this company again! I've been waiting nearly 1 month for my phone case and I am still waiting not acceptable. Everytime I ask about my parcel I'm told "
Your package has been prepared and shipped and at the moment it's on the way to you.
Unfortunately, we do not have an exact delivery date at this stage because the transit time depends on several things. But a delivery date will be available as soon as the package will be received by the local delivery company" unacceptable never have I waited this long for a parcel to be delivered!

Painfully slow dispatch times and reply times. They offered no explanation regarding why service is so slow. Had to ask for a refund if not shipped within the next 48 hours. Will not recommend to anyone. Will not be buying from them again either. Why prices are in euros when they are in china? Probably to fool people to think they will get delivery from Europe? So I wrote a review here and then they finally replied me and I got my 2 phone cases after 21 days. Phone cases were good but customer service wasn't that good. If you're trying to buy something from here you need to know that it will take a lots of time even you paid more for express delivery

Mobspares pretends its in Europe, Germany to be exact. Then you find out its actaully in China and they want you to install SHOPIFY to get your tracking details which is bascially just DATA HARVESTING and loading up your phone with other apps and notifications nightmare. WTF. What do ytou think they will say when you say can I have mmy tracking without the SpywareApp install please. This is bulldada on a next level IMHO. Will I get my item? Watch this space. Probably not, I ordered a Blutetooth Speaker - probably get some shoes. I will keep you updated.

I was impressed by the excellent customer service from Cristina - she was quick to respond, personable and informative. The item I ordered arrived in excellent packaging and was exactly as expected. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is the extra length of time it took to arrive - but that may have been because I ordered over the Christmas period.

Dreadful experience with this company
Dreadful experience with this company. My order hadn’t arrived after four weeks, contacted them to be told it had been delivered to me and signed for. When I informed them that was not the case, lo and behold two days later it arrived. It then turned out to be the wrong item and after my previous experience with them I just put up with the loss and put it down to experience. NEVER AGAIN, BE VERY CAREFUL!!

These guys have the worst customer service I've ever seen and they told me 7-13 days for delivery it's been a month now and nothing I've emailed them asking what is going on the just said sorry it's Christmas time. That's absolutely ridiculous do not but from these guys your throwing your money at the Chinese. Edit: They got in contact with me after I posted this review and refunded me for shipping cost so if you have the same problem I'd recommend getting in toutcg with them

Phone case wrong size for model
Order arrived after 4 weeks, significantly over the estimated time. The phone case did not fit the advertised phone, and was poor quality. The telescope lens has a mark inside that makes it unusable (plus hair stuck to it which is just unpleasant). 2 stars only as they did reply to an email in reasonable time but didn't actually resolve the issue.

Huge delays in sending a part to me
Absolutely awful experience. Ordered a lightning port for AirPods Max with the description saying delivery during 72 hours. Waited for a week - nothing, even status didn’t change to shipped or something. Wrote them email - no answer, just silence. Should have ordered it at AliExpress :(

Update in 2 days. Support got back to me with willingness to ship the part asap or do a refund. They were rather responsive and we agreed on a refund.
By the way, 72 hours turned out to be the shipment time, not a delivery, JFYI.
Increased their rating because of responsive and helpful support.
