Nice products

Nice products, but delivery was over 6 weeks. I had to make an inquiry 4 weeks after order before shipping actually was initiated. After I ordered 3, the buy 2 get 1 free offer was advertised. Kind of disappointing. Good quality though, so I’m happy.

Caution-do not use this site

Ordered 3 swimsuits in Jan 2026. Was supposed to receive them by 2/18/26. Order still said processing. Used live chat to cancel, spent quite a while refusing the myriad of offers to keep the order open for discounts on their site. I declined and kept insisting to refund. Agent advised cancelled and will "eventually" get my refund. Still have not received it dont expect I will ever get it

Please DONT buy--My experience with Modlily has been very difficult and stressful. I placed a larger order and after three weeks I still haven't received. Communication is extremely difficult. I reached out four times on their Livechat and my questions were never answered directly. I could not get a status update no matter how many times I asked or how I asked it. I paid extra for expedited shipping which didn't seem to matter because there are no expedited shipments happening. You are at their mercy!! I asked for a direct phone number and was told they don't have a customer service number.
Additionally, I had asked for a refund for the expedited shipping fee and NEVER RECEIVED! I chatted with Thea two out of the four times and never seemed to get resolution on anything concerning my order and the $245 I had spent.

The whole experience has been very frustrating and I highly recommend not purchasing. The website is terribly misleading I believe I will never see my items or the refund I requested!

Beware of Returns - extremely difficult process.

Returns are a nightmare!!!
Be VERY WARY if you are ordering from Australia - you simply CANNOT return or exchange anything as it now costs an absolute BOMB to send. Add to that - if you send to their US address, you will be hit with tariff charges &/or likely have the items returned to you.
I am still waiting for a response to queries raised in relation to returning as I refuse to pay tariffs + a second mail charge.
VERY DODGY!!!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Place order on 1/21/26. Received email saying order was accepted, latest date that order should arrive is 2/5/26. No communication since. Order has not arrived. Still listed as processsing. Tried to communicate with "Live Chat" and received nothing but computer responses that were USELESS! We have dealt with this company before. NEVER AGAIN.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They will not ship your products in a timely manner and the cancel order button conveniently will not work. I researched them on the internet again and it sounds as if this is a common problem. They are a scam. Start a chargeback with your credit card company.

Returning is diffucult

What a palaver if you need to return an item! If you’ve no printer there’s no recognition in the post office of the label they send you. Modlily you need to sort this and enable the post office to scan and print a label.
I tried the chatbot to organise the return and that was also a dreadful experience. Despite repeatedly saying I’m in the UK, they continued to give me the US address. I’ve paid for the return parcel (track & trace) to an address I’m hoping is correct and I’m waiting to see what / if I get a refund. I’m expecting the full amount in view of the fact I paid for the postage. I won’t be buying from Modlily again.

Impossible to get your item returned

I tried to return 1 item of my order as it was too big, but the company makes it impossible to return. No address to return to within Europe (only UK but this is very expensive to send it). No return label, so you have to figure out yourself how you return. Expensive merchandise for bad service. I will never buy again on this webshop, what a scam!
