I ordered 6 copies of the New Oxford…
I ordered 6 copies of the New Oxford Easy Anthem Book which were said to be in stock. About a week later, 2 arrived. After another couple of weeks, I rang customer services, and within 24 hours, the very helpful customer service assistant had located the balance of coptes and told me they would be despatched the following day. They eventually arrived by UPS a couple of weeks later.

I got wrong goods, they can’t replace them, only return… so I had to Eder this at the another place one more time, and I still didn’t get money returned to my card
