I ordered two music books from them and I had to wait for six months for them. They did let me know that one of the books were going to be delayed but not both. When I received the package there was a child guitar included by mistake. I thought it was a compensation for the wait but have no use for it so I put it in the recycling. Now they made me pay over 40€ for this. I'm never using Stretta again.
I ordered some Godowsky scores on the1st of December. Two days later I received the confirmation email and in other two days I received my parcel in Italy. Very satisfied with the experience.

I ordered two books over a month ago. No one from the customer service has answered my numerous contacts and I haven't even been able to cancel my order. Never ordering from this company again.

Hello, we are very sorry for the delay. In your case, the books had to be re-ordered from the USA and customs can take longer than expected. Unfortunately, writing another email without a reply resets the queue, so you may have been unlucky with our customer service. Not only are prices high and postage from the USA irrational when it would be straightforward to digitally send, the time for delivery is incredible and this is the second time I have been told delivery will be 5 weeks!
Been ordering scores there for some months whenever those are not available in my country of origin, and sadly seems to be mostly available outside of Europe. Doing so allows me to save on very pricey shipping cost and import fees.
Stretta Music, for this purpose so far, has been great, quick to send things, reliable. I've had bad experiences with other shops but not with this one.
If what you got is not what you expected, the shipping cost are on you. Making it as expensive as the product you bought....
