This is the most frustrating experience that i ever have, the website is misleading, the preview picture you saw online is NOT TRUE. After you paid, they will contact you and said they will send you a final design. It took the em 10 days to send me that design picture and still missing 1 person figure in it.

I paid extra to speed up the process and shipping, but still waiting after 10 days. And they ignore your refund request. I still dont know whether i will receive it or what will i receive as of now.

Their website pretends to be a company serving western countries customers mostly but they are actually a Chinese company - Guangzhou Maiyuan E-commerce Co.,Ltd

Be careful, dont fall for this. Those 5 stars comments are totally fake.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most frustrating online purchase experiences I’ve had.

First, the timeline advertised on the website is misleading. It mentions 5–7 business days for delivery, but only after placing the order do you discover there’s an additional 7–9 business days for production before shipping even starts. That’s nearly 2–3 weeks total, which is nowhere near what a customer expects based on the initial promise.

They also charge an extra $3.99 for “Priority Production & Shipping,” which, based on their own communication, makes absolutely no difference to the actual timeline. It feels like an unnecessary upsell rather than a real service.

The worst part? They sent an automated SMS to the gift recipient to confirm the design — completely ruining the surprise. Any company that claims to specialize in personalized gifts should understand basic gifting etiquette. This isn’t a minor oversight; it defeats the entire purpose of ordering a surprise gift.

When I raised the issue, instead of taking accountability, the conversation quickly shifted toward canceling the order with a 30% cancellation fee for a mistake on their side. That approach felt defensive and customer-unfriendly, as if the solution was to push the problem back onto the customer.

I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from My 3D Figure, especially if your purchase is time-sensitive or meant to be a surprise.

The first design was pretty close to what I wanted. And I requested to have some touch up to at least make it 95% similarity.
After I received the revised version, it was totally not what I wanted for the revised version. Worse still it was even far different from the first design.
I requested to use back the first design to do the touch up but I didn’t receive any response on the revised design. I have no choice but to request to base in the first design as I don’t have much time left to receive this by Valentine day.
I received it on Wednesday and again was disappointed after I saw the final product as the final product is not the same as the first design.
The brown patch should be only on the left side of the eye (both original and and first design are correct) but the final product came with both eyes have the brown patch hence it makes it no longer looks unique.

Was broken on arrival. Shabby quality. Their solution was $5 refund and I should glue it. I'm sure the recipient of the gift would love that.
Emails circled around and around. If I want a replacement I need to pay more shipping. No thanks. Rather money back.

Placed order for dog figurine. Credit card immediately charged. Waited a week, no confirmation of order or tracking....email after email they couldn't find me, my order or my email. Finally got frustrated and canceled charge with credit card company. Very disappointed

I had trouble with my shipment due to missing information with my delivery address so my item had to be sent back to the seller. Lindsay responded to my inquiry and help me out all through out so that my item can be reshipped back to me with correct details. She always responds promptly. Over all i'm happy with Lindsay's support and hope all their support are as efficient and accommodating like her.

The advertisement is misleading and deceptive. It implies that they make the figurine for you when in reality you get a download file that you have to take to a professional 3D printing company to make the figurine. While communication was fine it wasn’t till one of the emails that told me a file was coming. I have asked for a refund but got no response 😡

The people who assisted with my order seemed very kind. Order was as expected.

-Received my order 888363325601 + 4 figures 4sm and 3 figures 6 sm.
-term from placing order to get items in hands - 16 days (priority production + priority shipment)

What can declare.

1. Each figure packed in to plastic pocket+ with relevant photo sticker at each, after plastic inserted in to one more plastic tube and tube good pressurized with air. ur figure will be not damaged 100%- Packing:5 stars

2. In to shipment added cartoon gift boxes to each with colored photo sample from where designed figure - gift boxes: 5 stars

3. 4sm is tooo small and detailing less due to size , at web sample all is detailed and fine, at life - not. Acceptable , but not matching expectations - 3 stars ( no recommended size if u need good detailing's)

4. 6 sm figure. Detailing much better, colored , no paint spills, hair colors some grade tone mismatching , but to issue. Detailing very good , however chain screwed in to head with very tiny screw (3-4 mm with fine thread) and chance to lost figure is 100% during first 3-4 days - 4,5 stars (because of chain screw too nonreliable fixed to figure. Hopefully 3Dfigure found better solution of fixing chain to figure)

5. During design stuff carefully followed desired design , even on disputes that's at 3d prefabrication design missed detailing's which provided at wed draft on items selection and payment. Finally 3Dfigure make the proper. Thanks!

General opinion: 3DFigure recommended to deal with them

It's very expensive and very small; I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Great quality, customer service, and price. Will definitely get another one in the future.

I love my figures! I think they both came out great and look like the example! :)

100% Customer Satisfaction. BEST CUSTOMER service award for SKYE who really took the time to help in this situation. After much discussion, i have received a replacement for my purchase that was stolen by the shipping company.
My3dfigure did the amazing thing by taking responsibility and i am very grateful for it.
I can say now, that your purchase is safe with this company….and the product is immaculate. It is well worth the wait to get these amazing pieces, just plan ahead wrt ordering. This quality product cannot be rushed.

On the other hand, i had the WORST experience with the shipping company UNIUNI. 64 generic email replies to my to my concerns, of ‘my order was delievered…’
Waste of time…..my main advice would be to make sure this is NOT THE COMPANY delivering your product. Insist on an alternative.

Delivery took longer than expected, but I received the item safely.

However, the figure was incredibly disappointing.

It was so different from the 3D image you sent me that I sighed when I opened the box and saw the figure.

It looked like a cheap imitation of the 3D image.

The glasses frames were different thicknesses...they felt nice, but...

they weren't cheap...and the quality wasn't up to par.

I ordered two of them, and I regret it.

I think the order page should show the quality of the figures, not just the 3D image.

The figures on the website all look like the 3D images...and are incredibly detailed.

The actual figures lack any detail.
I spent over $360 on this...but the actual figure looks like it cost $3...

I thought it was made and manufactured in the US, but it's actually made in China and is a very cheap product. This is a scam.

I spent $400 on this figure, and you're offering me $8 in damages. This is absolutely insulting. You are so rude and unprofessional. You make a product and ship it without any quality control. I was completely scammed. I'll tell everyone about your work.

Not only does this company have a unique selection of products, but the staff is very helpful as well. I worked with Lindsay and had some questions about customizing my order. She was very helpful and clear about the steps to fulfill what I needed done. Will for sure be ordering from this company again soon.
